This Turner Field A-Z Convenience Guide was developed with one goal in mind: to assist our guests in becoming familiar with a facility that is "Not Your Typical Ballpark." A variety of accommodations are offered to make your experience an enjoyable one. The Atlanta Braves take pride in serving our guests and hope the Turner Field experience will bring you back many times in the future.

    50/50 RAFFLE
    Raffle tickets may be purchased until the bottom of the 6th inning from roving sellers with mobile hand-held devices and also at four permanent touch screen kiosk locations throughout the ballpark. The "jackpot" total will be updated and displayed in real time on the out-of-town scoreboard. At the top of the 8th inning the winning number will be displayed on the out-of-town scoreboard, posted at braves.com/5050raffle and announced on the hotline at 404-614-2305. The winning ticket may be redeemed through the end of the game at Guest Relations at Aisle 146 or by calling 404-614-2305.

    ADVANCED TICKET SALES
    Ticket windows are located inside the ballpark at Aisle 146 in Scouts Alley. These ticket windows are open until 30 minutes after each home game. Tickets can also be purchased at the many kiosks within Turner Field. Kiosks are located near aisles 110, 125, 132, 139, 146, 211, 230, 241, 411, 420, 437, Suites A, C, and 45.
    ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
    Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into Turner Field. The sale and service of alcoholic beverages at Turner Field is managed by ARAMARK. Guests are required to provide photo I.D. when purchasing alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken into or out of the 755 Club | Delta SKY360 Lounge, the Chophouse, nor the Georgia's Own Credit Union Club. The sale of alcoholic beverages ends at the bottom of the 7th inning.
    Alcohol service policies at Turner Field include:
    1. The sale and service of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 or any visibly intoxicated person is prohibited. ARAMARK will train their employees not to sell alcoholic beverages to a minor or a visibly intoxicated fan. All ARAMARK servers and management staff are to be TEAM or TIPS trained.
    2. The legal drinking age in Georgia is 21. To ensure that minors are not served, ARAMARK will require valid photo identification from every guest.
    3. A maximum of two drinks may be sold to a guest per transaction; this limit may be modified to less than the specified number at the discretion of ARAMARK management.
    4. Alcohol sales at concession stands and in suites will stop after the 7th inning or earlier at ARAMARK management discretion.
    5. Alcohol sales in all Turner Field restaurants and clubs will stop 45 minutes after the conclusion of game. Alcohol sales in restaurants and clubs may stop earlier at ARAMARK management discretion or at the request of the Atlanta Braves.
    6. ARAMARK vendors reserve the right to deny beverage service to any guest that appears intoxicated.
    7. The Braves reserve the right to remove any guest who is being unruly or disruptive due to his or her intoxication, as well as deny any individual who appears intoxicated during his or her entry into Turner Field.
    8. Guests (adults) passing alcohol to minors will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
    9. Guests possessing alcohol who do not have proof of being 21 or older will be subject to arrest and citation.
    10. Guests are not permitted to leave the Ballpark with alcoholic beverages. Employees monitoring the exits will request that guests finish or dispose of alcoholic beverages before exiting the Ballpark.
    ALL STAR SUNDAYS
    Sundays are a day for the whole family at Turner Field! Kids Run the Bases takes place after most Sunday Braves home games. Children ages 4-14 are invited to run the bases after the game. Those interested should line up at the Hank Aaron Ramp located near Aisle 129. Members of the KIDS CLUB PRESENTED BY CHICK-FIL-A may line up at Aisle 118 and will receive priority in running the bases.
    Braves Alumni Sundays are another exciting feature of All Star Sundays at Turner Field. Former Braves Legends are in the fan plaza at 11:30 am for hour-long autograph sessions (subject to change). Autographs are limited and, although we try to accommodate as many guests as possible, cannot be guaranteed for all guests. Alumni scheduled to appear are also subject to change without notice.

    ALL YOU CAN EAT SEATS
    All You Can Eat (AYCE) seats are available on the Club Level. Guests with AYCE seats will enjoy an all-inclusive menu of hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken tenders, coleslaw, baked beans, cookies, chips, Coca-Cola soda products, Dasani water and draft beer. Prices for the AYCE range between $60 -$85 depending on the opponent and day of the week. For more information, please visit braves.com/tickets.
    ANIMALS
    Certified service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are welcome. All other animals are prohibited. On specified game dates, the Atlanta Braves hold an event where pet owners can bring their dogs to the ballpark. For more information, see BARK IN THE PARK or visit braves.com/bark.

    ARTWORK IN THE BALLPARK
    3M Photograph of Hank Aaron's 715th Ball (The Plaza): This 100-foot photograph, taken by Arrington Hendley, features the ball Hank Aaron hit to break Babe Ruth's home run record of 714 (the ball is located in the Braves Museum). The concept for this huge graphic was developed by David Ashton, a Baltimore-based artist and designer who is responsible for many of the details and graphics at Turner Field. The photograph was produced by the Arrington Group, an Atlanta commercial photography studio.
    Bill Alexander Mural (Terrace Level, first base side): Three Pennants, by Georgia artist Bill Alexander, celebrate the Braves as the only team to win the World Series in three different cities. The work is hand-wrapped fiber on a fiber core, mounted on an armature of galvanized pipe. The carpet yarns used for the wrappings are selected both to add to the boldness of the design and for durability.
    Michael Kalish Mural (Terrace Level, first base side): Legends in License Plates by Georgia is a five piece set that includes an umpire, batter, pitcher, and fielder made from license plates of Massachusetts, Wisconsin and Georgia, the three states that have been the home of the Braves.
    Dane Tilghman Mural (Terrace Level, third base side): Ball One, Dane Tilghman's electrifying painted mural, depicts the three figures most often shown in the art of baseball (the trinity of the batter, catcher, and umpire).
    Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium Timeline: The Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium timeline is a graphic representation of the stadium's history, from its completion in 1965 to its demolition in 1997. Highlights of Braves baseball during those early days in Atlanta are shown in context of the life cycle of the stadium.
    Coke Bottle (Coca-Cola Sky Field): This 49-foot tall Coke bottle features a fully programmable, high resolution screen where the bottle's label would normally be. The screen can produce millions of different colors and the bottle shoots fireworks after each Braves home run and victory. The outside of the bottle is made of polycarbonate high-impact material and traced with 3,000 light-emitting diodes, each of which are capable of producing over 16 million different colors.
    Chick-fil-A Chopping Cow: This 15,000-pound fiberglass and steel cow leads the tomahawk chop during games.
    Braves Hall of Fame Portraits (Club Level): Portraits of our 23 Braves Hall of Famers are featured in induction order.

    Retired Numbers (Monument Grove): The numeral sculptures across the front of the stadium depict the nine numbers that have been retired by the Braves, eight of whom have been inducted into the Braves Hall of Fame. The ninth is Jackie Robinson's No. 42, which was retired by all major league teams in 1997 in honor of his contributions to the game as a whole. Robinson did not actually play for the Braves.

    Walk of Fame (Monument Grove): The bronze plaques set into the bricks lead up to the Braves Museum & Hall of Fame. They include all 23 Braves Hall of Famers.
    Hank Aaron Bust (Monument Grove): This bust of Henry Aaron was donated to the people of Atlanta in 1974 by the Citizens and Southern Bank (now Bank of America) and Georgia Marble Company in Tate, Ga. This was the first of many monuments and other commemorations of Aaron's record-breaking 715th home run hit on April 8, 1974.
    Ty Cobb Statue (Monument Grove): The sculpture of Ty Cobb shows the famed Georgia Peach sliding into a base with his spikes high. Sculptor Felix de Weldon, whose other works include the famed Marine memorial in Washington, DC, completed this work in 1977. Cobb is one of the few players honored with a sculpture in more than one stadium. This one honors the player as a native son, while another in Detroit honors him as the greatest Detroit Tiger.
    Hank Aaron & Phil Niekro Statues (Monument Grove): Both statues were sculpted by Ed Dwight. Dwight is especially well known for his jazz series, and also has work on the Morehouse College campus in Atlanta. Before his career in art, Dwight was the first African-American to train as an astronaut, but did not have the opportunity to make a flight due to health reasons.
    Warren Spahn Statue (Monument Grove): This statue was added in 2003 and created by artist Shan Gray. Spahn was present for the unveiling, which followed the Braves Hall of Fame luncheon and induction ceremony that year.
    ATLANTA BRAVES FOUNDATION, INC.
    The Atlanta Braves Foundation, Inc. (a Section 501(c) (3) organization) is the charitable arm of The Atlanta Braves. The foundation seeks to give back to the community by supporting Georgia's youth through grant making, strategic partnerships and signature programs.     ATM MACHINES
    For the convenience of our guests, there are nine SunTrust ATM Machines located throughout the ballpark:
    • Monument Grove: one next to Will Call Kiosks, near the 755 Club | Delta SKY360 Lounge Lobby Entrance
    • Field Level: two near aisle 128 next to Hank Aaron Room; two near aisle 147 next to Cartoon Network's Tooner Field area
    • Terrace Level: one near aisle 230; one near aisle 241 behind the Chop House
    • The Club Level: one across from Suite 46
    • Upper Level: one near aisle 411
    AUTOGRAPH POLICY
    Guests may seek autographs from the time the gates open until one hour prior to game time. PLEASE NOTE: Main Gates open 2.5 hours before first pitch. These gates give guests access ONLY to the main plaza and scouts alley. Inner seating bowl access for purposes of seeking autographs is not available until 2 hours before first pitch. Guests are allowed, under the direction of the usher staff, to seek autographs from the outfield side of each dugout until one hour prior to game time. Please be respectful of other guests and players. We unfortunately cannot guarantee autographs.
    AUTOMOBILE TROUBLE - AAA
    As a service to our guests, the AAA Club will provide free emergency road service to any guest parked in the Turner Field parking lots experiencing car trouble during/after all home games. Guests requiring service should raise the hood of their car and see the parking attendant. Please put your 4-way flashers on.

    BABY CHANGING STATIONS

    BAGS
    Each guest is permitted to bring one bag into the ballpark. Bags can be no larger than 16" x 16" x 8" and will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations. See PROHIBITED ITEMS for more information.
    BALLPARK SEATS
    Standing or stepping on ballpark seats may lead to serious bodily injury. The Atlanta Braves request, for everyone's safety, that you do not step, climb over, stand or use seats in a manner other than intended at Turner Field. All stadium seats are the same dimensions: 16.6" deep x 19" wide. Some of our handicapped seats' arms can be removed to provide extra room. Row numbers start at the bottom (closest to the field) and move upward. All seats are angled toward the infield by a combination of bowl geometry and redirected seating. Aisles beginning with even numbers will be on the 3rd base and left field side and aisles beginning with odd numbers will be on the 1st base and right field side.
    BANNERS AND SIGNS
    Banners may not obstruct the view of guests. Banners must be baseball related and may not contain objectionable subject matter or be commercial in nature. Banners may only be hung in areas where they do not obscure advertising or impede the operation of Turner Field. The Braves reserve the right to remove any banner at any time. (1) Banners and signs must (a) utilize only cloth, paper or other light, flexible materials, rather than be comprised of or supported by wood, metal or other hard materials that could be dangerous in a crowded public setting, (b) not be affixed to or draped over any part of the ballpark structure. (2) Banners and signs may be displayed only (a) in areas where they do not obscure advertising, ballpark signage or impede the operation of Turner Field, (b) in a stationary manner, (c) so as not to unduly obstruct any person's view of the playing field or interfere with player or umpire sight lines. Only one sign or banner may be displayed at any one location. (3) Banners and signs may not bear a message that (a) is slanderous, (b) is obscene, vulgar or indecent and inappropriate for viewing by children, (c) contains "fighting words" likely to provoke a breach of the peace or (d) contains commercial advertising or commercial product or service identification. The Atlanta Braves reserve the right to remove any sign displayed on the property.
    BARK IN THE PARK
    On specified game dates, guests are invited to bring their "best friends" to the ballgame. A portion of the Upper Deck is transformed into a doggie-paradise, complete with doggie pools to keep our furry friends hydrated. Specific information can be found at braves.com/bark. Guests MUST pre-register for this event. Ticket prices include one "human ticket" and one "dog ticket". Space is limited and dogs must be up to date on all immunizations.
    BATTING PRACTICE EXPERIENCE
    The Braves sell an on-field experience to watch the Braves and Visitors take batting practice from on the warning track behind home plate. Visit braves.com/battingpractice for more information.

    BICYCLE PARKING RACKS

    CAMERAS/CAMCORDERS
    All cameras must be hand held and no longer than 5" in length. No tripods or monopods will be permitted. Hand-held video cameras and still cameras for personal use may be brought into the ballpark, provided no game action is recorded in accordance with Major League Baseball regulations. Please be courteous to those guests around you when taking pictures, the equipment may not obstruct the view of other guests. Camera cases must fit through the bag template and will be inspected prior to entrance into the ballpark.
    CELLULAR PHONES
    The use of cellular phones and pagers is permitted provided they do not interfere with another guest's ability to enjoy the game.
    CHEVRON FAMILY VALUE PLAN
    Fans can purchase a package that includes 4 game tickets, 4 hotdogs, 4 Cokes, a parking pass, a game program and a $10 gift card - $69/$109 Upper Box, $89/$129 Outfield Pavilion, and $109/$149 Club Pavilion. The package must be purchased in advance and is available for most home Braves games.
    Guests who purchase this plan will need to receive their vouchers once they arrive at Turner Field at the Ticket Window or can also be printed using the Will Call Kiosks located in Monument Grove. The credit card used to purchase the Chevron Family Value Plan can be inserted into the Will Call Kiosk, and the vouchers for the 4 hotdogs, 4 sodas, and a game program will be printed. Information for where these vouchers can be redeemed will also be printed. The food and beverage vouchers will be redeemable at the All Star Concessions Stands throughout the ballpark, while the program is available for pick up at Fan Central outside of aisle 132.     COMMENTS, COMPLIMENTS, CONCERNS
    Guests with a comment, compliment, or concern may express it in person during home games at Turner Field at the Guest Relations booth located at Aisle 146. Guests may also provide feedback at gameday@braves.com or by using the online form at braves.com under "Contact Us."
    CONCESSIONS
    A wide variety of food and beverages is available throughout the ballpark at several permanent locations and numerous portable stands. Turner Field includes not only traditional ballpark fare but plenty of foods with Atlanta flavor.
    A few of the featured restaurants at Turner Field include:
    • The Braves Chop House, located in the Outfield Plaza, is open to all guests and serves a variety of food offerings. This 8,000 square foot casual dining bar and restaurant is a great place to take in the ballgame. Fans may drink and dine at the restaurant, which is terraced to facilitate views of the baseball field.
    • The 755 Club | Delta SKY360 Lounge, a members-only restaurant and club, is located on the Club Level at Turner Field. This Club features numerous food options as well as a sports bar. Members can enter from inside the park (Aisle 146, or any doors on our Club Level) or at the main entrance (755 Club | Delta SKY360 Lounge Lobby entrance). Members are required to show their game ticket for entry. This Club is open all year and available for catered events. For information on membership, call 404-614-2100.
    COOLERS
    Ice chests or hard-sided coolers are not permitted in Turner Field. Soft-sided coolers - without the plastic liner - are permitted. If you plan to bring a soft-sided cooler into Turner Field, please make sure you have removed the plastic liner. See PROHIBITED ITEMS for more information.
    CREDIT CARD POLICY
    MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted at ticket windows, restaurants, concessions and merchandise locations in Turner Field. Credit Cards are not accepted in the parking lots, which are cash only. See PARKING for more information.

    DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM
    Courtesy of ARAMARK, guests who would like to be their group's designated driver can go to the Designated Driver Booth located in the plaza near Aisle 145 to sign up and receive a coupon for a free soda.
    DIRECTIONS TO TURNER FIELD
    • I-20 (westbound) Take exit #58A (Capitol Avenue) and turn left
    • I-20 (eastbound) Take exit #56B (Windsor Street); turn right on Windsor St., left on Fulton St., right on Hank Aaron Drive
    • I-75/85 (northbound and southbound) Take exit #246 (Fulton Street), right on Hank Aaron Drive
    Guests may also take MARTA to Braves games by either traveling to the Five Points Station and boarding the shuttle or stopping off at the Georgia State Station and walking to Turner Field. For more information on public transportation to Braves games, see PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION / MARTA.
    DISABLED GUESTS
    With the help of an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) consultant, Turner Field was designed to be universally accessible and comfortable for all guests. Turner Field provides services and amenities specifically for the disabled fan. These include disabled parking, elevators and escalators, courtesy rides, wheelchair seating, accessible restrooms, lowered concession counters, drinking fountains, and specific ticket purchasing assistance.
    For information on accessible seating for Individual games please contact the Ticket Operations Department at (404)-577-9100 (Option 5) or bravesadaseating@braves.com. Our Ticket Operations staff is committed to accommodating each guest with reasonable and appropriate accommodations based on each individuals needs.
    Special transportation from the Braves parking lots can be requested. For a courtesy cart ride from the Braves parking lots to the gates, please notify the parking attendant upon arrival to a Braves parking lot. A complimentary Wheelchair Service is also offered once guests arrive at the Turner Field gates. Guests can receive a complimentary wheelchair escort to and from their seats or other areas within the ballpark. To request a wheelchair escort, guests can notify a Braves representative or contact Guest Relations during the game. Handicapped parking spaces are available in the Green Lot.
    DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS
    All of the following are expressly prohibited on the private property of Turner Field or in the parking areas that surround it:
    • Distribution of leaflets or other printed material.
    • Distribution of products or performing of services, whether for a consideration or free.
    • Taking surveys or otherwise interfering with the free movement of guests.
    DONATION REQUESTS
    The Atlanta Braves help non-profit organizations raise money by donating autographed memorabilia that can be used for auctions and/or raffles. Interested organizations should check braves.com/donations.

    ELEVATORS/ESCALATORS
    Five elevators are conveniently located throughout the ballpark to service guests. Additionally, there is one press elevator and two freight elevators. The press elevator is specifically for the use of the press and Braves officials and restricted from public use. We ask that guests be courteous when using the elevators at Turner Field and that priority is given to disabled and elderly guests. Escalators are located on the West (Pollard Blvd.) and East (Hank Aaron Drive) side of the building to assist guests in reaching the Terrace Level, the Club Level and the Upper Level. For safety purposes, the escalator only goes up. Escalators are shut down at the end of the seventh inning.
    EMERGENCY EVACUATION
    Should there be an immediate need to evacuate Turner Field guests will be given instructions via the public-address system. Exit instructions will also be posted on high-definition televisions in the concourses and throughout the ballpark. Guests are encouraged to take the following steps:
    • Be aware of your location in Turner Field at all times.
    • Identify the two exits located nearest to your seats.
    • Listen, observe and follow instructions from the public-address system, video boards, concourse high-definition televisions and Braves staff.
    • Ask for assistance and information from guest services, police, and medical and security personnel.
    • Do not panic. Guests are asked to remain calm, walk to the exits at a normal pace and proceed to the nearest safe area.
    Elevators and escalators are NOT operational during an evacuation.

    First aid stations are located on the Field Level (Aisle 146), Terrace Level (Aisle 211), Club Level (Aisle 311) and Upper Level (Aisle 409). Each location is staffed with medical personnel. If medical assistance is needed, please notify the nearest Braves personnel or proceed to the nearest location.
    FOUL BALLS
    Guests are welcome to keep any foul balls hit into the stands. Please do not interfere with a ball in play, especially those guests sitting at field level. Major League Baseball rules call for the ejection of guests that interfere with a ball in play. Guests may take their souvenir foul balls to the Guest Relations window located at Aisle 146 and receive their "Grandstand Fielder" certificate during the game.

    Because of Major League Baseball television agreements with ESPN and FOX, the starting times of some games are tentative and subject to change. Time changes can potentially occur up to 10 days prior to a scheduled game date. Guests should be advised that game tickets will be honored on the game date listed regardless of the time change.     GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS
    The Braves are happy to offer a Gluten Free Concessions Stand at Aisle 106.
    GRASS PLAYING FIELD
    Approximately 110,000 square feet of sod (Tifton 419 Hybrid Bermudagrass) covers the playing field. The sod lies on top of 14" of sand (90% sand and 10% sod). The drainage system lays at the bottom of the sand on top of a 110,000 sq ft plastic liner which allows them to remove 120,000 gallons of water per hour. Depending upon the weather, the turf will be watered every day through a system of 60 sprinkler heads and mowed every day. The turf for field repairs is grown in an area below the scoreboard beyond the center field wall.
    GROUP OUTINGS
    Guests interested in bringing a group to the ballpark should contact the Group Sales Office at 404-577-9100 (press 3) or click here for more information. Groups of 20 or more receive special discounted pricing and recognition on the Turner Field Tomahawk LED Board during the game. Turner Field offers several group hospitality options including pregame meeting rooms and patio space, private and party suites, and All You Can Eat group discount offerings.
    GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT
    Guests must refrain from conduct that is inconsistent with the fun, family atmosphere that should prevail at Turner Field and the Turner Field experience, including but not limited to: interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game; using foul or abusive language or gestures; appearing to be in a drunken or diminished capacity; failure to produce a ticket on request or sitting in a seat which is not ticketed; possession of balloons, beach balls, nets, laser pointers or other prohibited items; interfering with a ball in play; and throwing objects on or entering the playing field. Violators may be subject to ejection and possible arrest.  Those observing other guests violating Braves policies should report the incident to the nearest employee.  Guests can also confidentially text BRAVES <SPACE> ISSUE AND LOCATION TO 69050 (standard rates will apply).   Braves personnel will respond to security matters or guest service questions

    TICKETS - Children age two and under may be admitted to Braves games without a ticket. However, they must sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Children three and above require a ticket.
    ALL-STAR KIDS PARTIES - Commemorate your child's birthday, plan an end of the year Little League outing, or host a school class party in our baseball themed All-Star Kids Party Room. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday children 12 and under can celebrate their notable occasion at Turner Field. The All-Star Kids Party Package is only $50 with the purchase of 20 or more tickets in any area of our ballpark. The Party Package includes Atlanta Braves Party Invitations, hats and tomahawks for the kids in attendance, 20 Scouts Alley tokens, a Turner Field Cake, Cracker Jacks, soda/water, a visit from Homer the mascot, and a personalized welcome message on the LED Board.
    BABY-CHANGING TABLES - Baby-changing tables are available in all restrooms at Turner Field.
    TACOMAC FAMILY ZONE - This area is a kids interactive zone with games, photo opportunities, the Coke Freestyle Station, Spray Zones and the Braves Brick Oven Pizzeria.
    SKY FIELD - A 22,000 square foot fan attraction that sits atop the outfield roof at Turner Field and features our giant Coca-Cola Bottle, a pavilion with picnic tables and a base path for kids to run.
    EAST & WEST PAVILIONS - Located just inside the main Turner Field gates, the East and West Pavilions feature unique food and games, providing much to see and do for those fans who arrive early to the ballpark. The East Pavilion houses interactive experiences, such as Tooner Field at Cartoon Network. At the West Pavilion, fans will find concession stands that feature ballpark favorites and BBQ. Also located at the West Pavilion are games where fans can test their hitting and pitching skills.
    KIDS RUN THE BASES PRESENTED BY CHILDREN'S HEALTHCARE OF ATLANTA - On most Sundays, kids ages 4 to 14 are invited onto the field after the game to run the bases just like a professional ballplayer. No reservations are necessary; just line up on the Hank Aaron Ramp at the end of the game. If you join the Kids Club, you can gain VIP Access for Kids Run the Bases.     SCOUTS ALLEY - Scouts Alley is located near the West Pavilion of the Grand Entry Plaza behind the lower left field seats and features interactive games for guests of all ages. These interactive games include 2 speed pitch games (Throwing Heat and In Control) and two hitting games (Pro Batter and Pro Batter Jr.). In order to take advantage of these interactive games, guests will need to purchase tokens from the token booth, also located in Scouts Alley.

    LOST AND FOUND
    To report or claim lost articles during a home game, visit Guest Relations at Aisle 146. Guests can also email lostandfound@braves.com during the season to check on lost items after they have left a game. The Braves keep lost items for 30 days before donating/disposing of unclaimed items. The Braves only contact guests when we have matched items when searching these emails. Please be descriptive in your emails of your lost items. The Braves schedule a time for you to pick up your found items if not on a game day, or can FedEx ship them to you (owner pays for shipping charges) with a tracking number.
    LOST CHILDREN/LOST ADULTS
    Lost Children/Lost Adults will be escorted to Guest Relations near aisle 146. Guest Relations provides complimentary wristbands for parents or group leaders who may wish to "tag" their children or group members with a name and seat location and/or contact number. Use of these wristbands is strongly encouraged as it aids in faster resolution of lost children/lost adult cases. The wristbands are available at the main Guest Relations location at aisle 146.
    LOST/STOLEN TICKETS
    Season Ticket Holders may have their lost/stolen tickets reprinted by contacting their Client Services Representative or by stopping by the 755 Club Ticket Services lobby upon arrival to Turner Field. An official police report is required to reprint stolen tickets. The account holder of record must be present to make the request and the Ticket Services staff must verify that the original tickets have not entered the ballpark at the time of the request. If the tickets have been used and are already inside the ballpark, the customer will be required to purchase new tickets, subject to availability. If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster (online, phone, retail outlet) you must contact Ticketmaster Customer Service @ 800-653-8000. Unfortunately lost/stolen or forgotten parking passes cannot be verified, therefore under no circumstances will parking passes be reprinted or reissued.

    BRAVES GAME-USED - COLLECTIBLES - Located on the Terrace Level between the Chop House and the Northeast Gate, this store features authenticated game-used items such as baseballs, bases, lineup cards, jerseys, Authenticated autographed items, other collectible memorabilia and more. Fans will have a chance to request Game Used baseballs in advance of the game they will attend. A great way to celebrate or make a Special Occasion.
    MONUMENT GROVE
    Adjacent to the Grand Entry Plaza on the north side are the Ivan Allen Jr. Braves Museum and Hall of Fame, Braves ticket windows, and a non-ticketed, free-to-the-public area called Monument Grove. The Hank Aaron, Phil Niekro and Ty Cobb statues from Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium have been relocated to Monument Grove along with the bust of Hank Aaron. In 2003, a statue of Warren Spahn, the winningest pitcher in Braves history, was added to the collection. Trees, park benches and picnic tables are scattered throughout the Grove, an ideal meeting place for fans and friends. Additional attractions include the retired number statues from Braves History.
    MUSEUM
    The Ivan Allen Jr. Braves Museum & Hall of Fame (BMHF) features more than 700 Braves artifacts and photographs that trace the team's history from its beginnings in Boston (1871-1952) to Milwaukee (1953-65) to Atlanta (1966-present). Some of the museum's artifacts include Hank Aaron's 715th home run bat and ball, Warren Spahn's Cy Young Award and Purple Heart, Dale Murphy's two MVP Awards, Sid Bream's knee brace from his historic slide home in 1992, and the Braves 1995 World Series trophy.
    The museum opens to game day ticket holders 2 hours before each game until the middle of the seventh inning. Admission to the museum during games is one token ($2).     PARKING
    Please visit braves.com/parking for detailed information on all of our Parking Lots & prices. The Turner Field parking lots are managed by Imperial Parking. braves.com/parking. It is recommended that guests arrive early and park in the first lot available to them. Fans should also check braves.com for parking updates in the Turner Field area.
    PARKING - NEIGHBORHOOD
    When driving to Braves games guests are reminded of the following:
    • Parking in official Turner Field parking lots is strongly recommended.
    • Parking in the neighborhoods around Turner Field is by residential permit only.
    • Please observe the parking signage in the area to ensure that your vehicle is not ticketed or towed.
    • Fans should park only in lots that are fully signed, staffed and secured in full accordance with City of Atlanta policy.

    PARKING - TAILGATING
    Tailgating is allowed, however open flame cooking is restricted to the grassy areas of each lot. No open flame cooking is permitted on the lot surface. Tents and large umbrellas are not permitted without prior written authorization from the Atlanta Braves. Other than Braves approved sponsor functions we do not reserve spaces for tailgating. Tailgaters may not use adjacent parking spaces and are limited to the space occupied by their vehicle. Inappropriate or unsafe behavior will not be allowed. Although trash cans are spaced throughout the lots to aid in maintaining a safe and clean environment guests are asked to bag trash their trash. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in a guest's removal from the parking lots and/or summoning of Atlanta police.
    PARKING PASS
    To obtain your pre-ordered parking pass:
    1. Come by the ballpark. If you are within easy driving distance to Turner Field you can stop by anytime between 8:30am - 6pm (Mon-Fri) to pick up your tickets and parking pass.
    2. Call Ticketmaster (800-745-3000) and have the tickets/parking emailed to you.
    3. Order online at braves.com/parking.
    If you are unable to do one of the above options, once you get to the ballpark you will need to drive to the Green Lot and tell the parking attendant that your tickets and parking pass are at will call. The parking attendant will let you temporarily park in a designated area so that you can go to the Ticket Office/Will Call area to pick up your tickets and parking pass. Upon returning to your car simply show your parking pass to the attendant and they will point you in the correct direction to your lot.
    PEDDLING/VENDING/LEAFLETING
    Free speech activities may not impede safe pedestrian flow or block access to the turnstiles or exit gates. It shall be up to the discretion of the Atlanta Police Department to ask individuals to move if it is felt that a safety hazard or impediment of the free flow of pedestrian traffic is occurring. Vending, peddling or product sampling is not allowed on Turner Field property unless previously and expressly approved by Atlanta Braves Management. Leafleting of vehicles in parking lots is also prohibited.
    PITCH COUNTS
    Pitch counts for each pitcher are shown on the digital board along the left field wall. Pitch counts are shown for the specific pitcher who is pitching at that time.
    PLAZA
    The most unique feature of Turner Field is the Grand Entry Plaza located on the north end of the ballpark. The Plaza is a ticketed entertainment/concession area aimed at encouraging fans to come early to Braves games and to enjoy perhaps the most unique experience in all of baseball. A 100-foot diameter photograph of Hank Aaron's actual 715th home run ball dominates the Plaza-side scoreboard and provides a popular backdrop for photographs in the Plaza.
    POLICE AND SECURITY
    For the safety and convenience of all Turner Field guests, police and security personnel are stationed throughout the ballpark. For matters which may require police or security guests may confidentially text BRAVES ISSUE AND LOCATION TO 69050 (standard rates will apply). Braves personnel, which may include security and/or police, will respond to security matters or guest service questions. The Atlanta Police Department maintains a precinct at Turner Field during games. The precinct is located on Bill Lucas Drive on the south side of the ballpark.
    PROHIBITED ITEMS
    The following items are prohibited from being brought into Turner Field: alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs; aluminum cans, glass bottles, bota bags or wineskins; bags, purses or backpacks exceeding 16"x16"x8"; ice chests or hard sided coolers; camera lenses exceeding 5 inches; camera tri, dual or single leg pods by non-media personnel; folding chairs, tables, stools or devices used as such; sticks, clubs (including signs attached to sticks) or full size brooms; fireworks, firearms or other weapons (including knives, mace, pepper spray, tasers/stun guns); bullhorns, noise makers or confetti; framed or oversized backpacks; and balloons, beachballs and other inflatable items; wrapped packages wherein the contents are not visible.*
    Food, drinks (non-glass, non-aluminum, non-alcoholic) and soft-sided coolers (with the plastic liner removed) ARE permitted. Beverage containers may also be subject to inspection.
    The Atlanta Braves reserve the right to determine what items not listed herein may be deemed inappropriate for entry.
    * Please note that if you have a planned party of any kind that includes gifts, we advise either wrapping the gift item at Turner Field after the item has been inspected or place the unboxed gift item in a gift bag. Our security personnel will ask guests to open any wrapped items for inspection.
    If any of the above items are discovered at our gates, our security staff members will ask that you return these items to your vehicle or be thrown away. Prohibited items will not be accepted by employees nor stored at the gates or Guest Relations.

    The Braves VIP Experience braves.com/vip is a great way to propose at Turner Field on a game day! While we do not show proposals on our video board in Center Field, we do coordinate proposals during our Braves VIP Experience package.
    PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION / MARTA
    The MARTA pickup and drop-off point is located on Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. at Pollard Blvd. MARTA operates bus shuttle service 90 minutes before game time and continues every 15 minutes until one hour after the conclusion of the game. The bus shuttle is located at Underground Atlanta. Riders must have exact change. For schedule and disabled patron information please call MARTA directly at 404-848-4711 or for more information visit www.itsmarta.com. Travel on the train to the Georgia State Station and take a short stroll to the ballpark south on Capitol Avenue. Visitors in the Downtown Area who do not ride MARTA to Five Points Station may purchase round-trip Breeze Tickets for the Braves Shuttle inside Johnny Rockets restaurant next to the Braves Shuttle loop. Round-trip tickets are $5.50 each.

    RAIN DELAYS
    The right to postpone the playing of a game is vested in the home club with the exception of the final series between two clubs, at which time the responsibility shifts to the Umpire-in-Chief. Once a game has started, the Umpire-in-Chief determines if a game should be suspended, when it can be resumed or if it should be terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions. The Official Playing Rules provide that when a game has been temporarily suspended, umpires must wait at least 30 minutes before calling the game.     RESTROOMS
    A total of 62 restrooms (30 men's and 32 women's) are conveniently located throughout the park: Field Level, Terrace Level, Club Level and Upper Level.

    Guests assume all risks and dangers inherent in and incidental to attending a baseball game, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual play, including but not limited to injury from thrown or batted balls, thrown bats or fragments thereof and spectators' conduct. Accordingly, neither The Braves nor their opponent nor any of their respective players nor the City of Atlanta nor their respective employees, independent contractors and agents shall in any way be liable therefore. Guests must be vigilant at all times and must recognize the many elements that can distract their attention from the game, including but not limited to the video boards and scoreboards and the activities of the Braves Tomahawk Team and others.

    SAFETY ALERT
    During all pregame practices/activities, through the game and post-game experience, hard hit baseballs and bats and fragments thereof may be thrown or hit into the stands. Guests who are concerned with their seat location should contact any usher and inquire about the possibility of an alternate seat location.     SCOUTS ALLEY
    Scouts Alley is located near the West Pavilion of the Grand Entry Plaza behind the lower left field seats and features interactive games for guests of all ages. These interactive games include 2 speed pitch games (Throwing Heat and In Control) and two hitting games (Pro Batter and Pro Batter Jr.). In order to take advantage of these interactive games, guests will need to purchase tokens from the token booth located in Scouts Alley.
    SEASON TICKETS

The Atlanta Braves offer a wide variety of ticket packages starting with as few as 4 games up to full season tickets.     SECURITY
    The Braves want to ensure that our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience at Turner Field. Security personnel and uniformed police officers are positioned throughout the ballpark. Guests requiring assistance should contact the nearest usher, security officer, police officer or other employee. Guests can also confidentially text BRAVES <SPACE> ISSUE AND LOCATION TO 69050 (standard rates will apply). Braves personnel will respond to security matters or guest service questions.

    SMOKING
    Turner Field is primarily a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. As shown on the ballpark directory and maps, these areas include certain entryways, stairwells and landings. Smoking is prohibited in the seating bowl, concourses, Plaza, restrooms and in all premium seating areas.

    STAIRS
    For the convenience of our guests, numerous stairways exist in Turner Field. Guests may use the stairways to gain access to the Club and Terrace Levels from the Main Concourse or when exiting the ballpark.
    STROLLERS
    Fold-up strollers should be stored under your seat during the game. If you have a stroller that does not fold-up, please check it at Guest Relations located at Aisle 146 on the Field Level, or at Aisles 420 or 435 on the Upper Level.
    SUITES
    Luxurious Suites are located on the Club Level and offer the perfect platform for both business and pleasure. A total of 59 Private and Party Suites can accommodate 16-46 people.     Offering the closest seat in all of baseball, The SunTrust Club opened at the beginning of the 2008 season.     TAILGATING
    Tailgating is permitted in the official Turner Field parking areas. Grilling is permitted in the grassy area only, and you must have something to extinguish the coals.
    Due to safety concerns, tents of any kind cannot be set up in any of the Braves parking lots.

    CHILDREN TICKETS: Children age two (2) and under may be admitted to Braves games without a ticket. However, they must sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Children ages three (3) and above require a ticket.
    IN PERSON: The Turner Field Ticket Office windows are open from the date that individual game tickets go on sale until the last home game of each season. Ticket windows are located at the northwest corner of the ballpark in Monument Grove off of RDA Blvd. The hours of operation are as follows:
    • Gamedays:
      Ticket Office opens at 9:30am and will remain open through the end of the 6th inning.

    • Non-gamedays:
      Monday through Friday: 9:30am - 5:00pm
      Saturday: 9:30am - 2:30pm
      Sunday: CLOSED
    The outside ticket windows will also be open during home games until the end of the 6th inning.
    IN-GAME: Ticket windows are located inside the ballpark at Aisle 146 in Scouts Alley. These ticket windows are open until 30 minutes after each home game. Tickets can also be purchased at the many kiosks within Turner Field. Kiosks are located near aisles 110, 125, 132, 139, 146, 211, 230, 241, 411, 420, 437, Suites 1, 21, and 53.
    LOST/STOLEN TICKETS - Season Ticket Holders may have their lost/stolen tickets reprinted by contacting their Client Services Representative or by stopping by the 755 Club Ticket Services lobby upon arrival to Turner Field. The account holder of record must be present to make the request and the Ticket Services staff must verify that the original tickets have not entered the ballpark at the time of the request. If the tickets have been used and are already inside the ballpark, the customer will be required to purchase new tickets, subject to availability. If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster (online, phone, retail outlet) you must contact Ticketmaster Customer Service @ 800-653-8000. Unfortunately lost/stolen or forgotten parking passes cannot be verified, therefore under no circumstances will parking passes be reprinted or reissued.
    OFFICIAL GAME - A game becomes official after 4 1/2 innings, if the Braves lead. Otherwise, five full innings must be completed before it is considered a regulation game.
    RAINOUT POLICY - If a game that is legal under Major League Baseball rules is not played on date on the game ticket, the following will apply: If less than 5 innings of a game (4 1/2 if the Braves are ahead) are played, your paid ticket serves as a rain check coupon and will be valid for the re-scheduled game. If you choose to not come back to the re-scheduled game, your original ticket may be exchanged at the Turner Field ticket windows or by mail for a ticket of the same price (if available) for any succeeding regular season game. This ticket exchange must occur before the re-scheduled game is made up. There are no refunds or exchanges of expired tickets or of complimentary tickets. In the event the second game of a double header is rained out there is no rain check. There are no rain checks or refunds for parking.
    RE-ENTRY - There is a no re-entry policy in effect at Turner Field.
    RESERVATION TICKETS - (See WILL CALL)

    SKYLINE ($1) TICKETS - The Braves are proud to offer a limited number of $1 tickets for every home game! These tickets go on sale 2-1/2 hours prior to each home game and are available for purchase at the Ticket Office window located next to the Museum entrance in Monument Grove. There is a strict one (1) ticket per person limit, and you must enter the ballpark immediately after purchasing your ticket. $1 tickets can only be paid for with cash. $1 tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and cannot be purchased or reserved in advance. $1 tickets are located in Sections 422L and 437R.

    TOMAHAWK CHOP
    Inside the ballpark, guests are prompted to do the tomahawk chop by the 27-foot long "chopping" neon tomahawk located atop the video board and also by the 40-foot tall, 15,000-pound Chick-fil-A chopping cow.
    TOURS OF TURNER FIELD
    Guided tours of Turner Field are offered year-round and begin in the Braves Museum & Hall of Fame. No reservations are necessary for individuals or groups of less than 20 people. Walk-up tickets can be purchased on the day of your tour at the Braves ticket window at Turner Field and free parking is available in the Green Lot.
    All new Braves Tour with Virtual Hosts Bobby Cox and John Smoltz are also available this season featuring interactive behind-the-Scenes videos.
    During the baseball season (April - September), tours are offered:
    Monday - Saturday (No tours on days with afternoon home games): 8:30am, 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:30pm
    Sunday (No tours on days with Sunday home games): 1:00pm, 2:30pm

    VIDEO BOARD
    The BravesVision video display board in center field is the largest and tallest high definition video display in any stadium in the world. It is 71 feet and 4 inches by 78 feet and 8 inches, weighs nearly 49 tons and features over 5,222,000 individual Light Emitting Diodes. It was designed for maximum viewing from all angles of Turner Field and integrates live video, scoring information and animations onto a single full-color screen to display game content in vivid detail. The PlazaVision board in the Fan Plaza is 15 feet and nine inches by 28 feet and four inches. A LED fascia video display wraps around Turner Field between the Club and Upper levels. The 1,085 feet by 42 inches display interacts with the massive high-definition board, but also features its own video, graphics, animation, game information and advertising.     WATER FOUNTAINS
    Forty-two water stations are dispersed throughout the ballpark. Most stations are wheelchair-accessible.
    WHEELCHAIR SERVICES
    A complimentary Wheelchair Service is available for guests of Turner Field. Guests can receive a complimentary wheelchair escort to and from their seats or other areas within the ballpark. To request a wheelchair escort, guests can notify a Braves representative upon entry. Courtesy Carts from Braves parking lots are also available, simply by letting your parking attendant know upon entry.
    WILL CALL
    Will Call windows are located in Monument Grove, adjacent to the Guest Relations entry gate and next to the ticket windows. Will Call opens three (3) hours prior to all home games and closes at the end of the 6th inning. Will Call is then moved to the receptionist desk inside of the 755 Club until the end of the game. Guests picking up tickets are required to present a valid form of photo identification, such as a driver's license. Before tickets are released, guests are required to sign the ticket envelope confirming that the tickets were received. Guests may also leave tickets at the will call windows for third party pick up (see also WILL CALL DROP OFF).
    Save time and avoid Will-Call lines! The Braves have twelve (12) kiosks that can be used to pick up tickets that are purchased with the will call option via Ticketmaster. Just swipe the credit card that was used to make the purchase and your tickets will print out immediately. The kiosks are adjacent to the will call windows, next to the Guest Relations entry gate.
    WILL CALL DROP OFF
    This Service will be available to all individuals possessing valid tickets. Please take a moment to review the following procedures:
    • Guests wishing to drop off tickets may do so at the Ticket Office Drop Off window, located within the will call area. Tickets for future games may also be dropped off at this window.
    • Guests dropping off tickets will be asked to complete a ticket envelope by providing the following information: (i) the first and last name of the person who is to receive the ticket(s); (ii) the game date; and (iii) the number of tickets.
    • Prior to submitting the ticket envelope, guests will be required to print and sign their name on the front of the envelope. Will Call personnel will then log the drop off and deliver the envelope to the appropriate lettered window, where other parties may pick up the tickets.
    • Guests picking up tickets are required to present a valid form of photo identification, such as a driver's license. Before tickets are released, guests are required to sign the ticket envelope confirming that the tickets were received.
