A look at the Cardinals' retired numbers

Most kids are off from school for the summer, but they can find a fun history lesson at Busch Stadium.

The left-field wall at the downtown ballpark is home to 14 retired names and numbers, the most of any National League club. Featuring images to go with last names and jersey numbers, the wall showcases a who's-who of baseball history ranging from Dizzy Dean and Lou Brock to Ozzie Smith and Stan Musial.

The two most recent additions to the wall are current and future Hall-of-Fame managers Whitey Herzog (No. 24 in 2010) and Tony La Russa (No. 10 in 2012).
