Earlier this month, Shane Victorino took out a full-page newspaper ad to say goodbye to the fans of Philadelphia. Well, apparently Victorino didn't think that was enough. This week, Victorino took his goodbye game to the next level, purchasing a billboard in Philadelphia to extend the message.
