Group/Suite Terms & Conditions

Methods of Payment: Once any payment is made - all sales are final; no refunds or exchanges. Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), Checks & Money Orders made payable to the Kansas City Royals, or Cash (accepted in person with a scheduled appointment). If your tickets are being resold to members of your group, it is up to you to collect individual payments, and then make a single payment to the Royals. The Royals cannot accept individual credit cards or checks from multiple individuals who purchase tickets from the account holder.

Upon Receiving Your Tickets: Count your tickets before you distribute them. Please report discrepancies immediately. When picking up your tickets in person, please verify your tickets are correct before leaving the Royals Ticket Office.

Service Fees: A transaction fee of $8 will be added to your order for service and handling.

Eligibility: All guests 32" and over are required to have a ticket.

GROUP TICKET ORDERS

Payment Deadlines: A deposit for a Group Order is an obligation to pay the remaining balance in full. The payment deadline is 15 days prior to event date.

Return policies: All groups are required to retain at least 90% of the tickets initially ordered and a minimum of 20. The Royals reserve the right to change the return date for group tickets based on ticket availability and demand for certain games. Returned tickets must be received at least 15 business days prior to the scheduled event. If the return or cancellation of tickets brings your group size down to below the original discount level, you must pay the higher per ticket price. You must pay for adjusted ticket prices before your tickets can be released or your refund will be reduced accordingly.

Postponement/Cancellation: If a game is postponed and re-scheduled as a unique event the suite tickets for a postponed game are valid for the announced make-up game. The original ticket can be used for entry to the announced make-up game. If the group is unable to attend the make-up game, the tickets should be returned to a Royals Sales Representative for an exchange to a mutually agreeable game, subject to availability. If a game is cancelled or re-scheduled as part of a doubleheader, the tickets should be returned to a Royals Sales Representative for an exchange to a mutually agreeable game, subject to availability.

Parking: No complimentary parking passes will be provided for Group orders. Parking may be purchased separately at a discounted rate of $9 per pass.

Additional Orders: Additional tickets may be purchased up until game time through the Group Sales Department based on availability. Checks for additional orders will not be accepted less than 15 days prior to event date.

SUITE/HOSPITALITY ORDERS

Payment Deadlines: A deposit for a suite order is an obligation to pay the remaining balance in full. The payment deadline is 30 days prior to event date.

Food & Beverage for Suite Orders: Customer agrees to purchase one of the hospitality packages offered by the Royals. All packages include a pre-established, catered food and beverage menu. Pricing of the hospitality packages is pre-determined by the Royals. If you have special catering requests, please call the Suites/Catering Department at (816) 504-4065.

In the event you must cancel an order placed above and beyond the included pre-established menu, please notify the Catering Office immediately. Any order canceled 72 hours prior to your game will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on your food and beverage order. Orders cancelled less than 72 hours before a game will be charged 100% of the total food and beverage order.

Postponement/Cancellation: If a game is postponed and re-scheduled as a unique event the suite tickets for a postponed game are valid for the announced make-up game. The original ticket can be used for entry to the announced make-up game. If the group is unable to attend the make-up game, the suite tickets should be returned to a Royals Sales Representative for an exchange to a mutually agreeable game, subject to availability. If a game is cancelled or re-scheduled as part of a doubleheader, the suite tickets should be returned to a Royals Sales Representative for an exchange to a mutually agreeable game, subject to availability. Should the game be postponed or cancelled subsequent to gates being opened, the suite customer is responsible for 100% of the food and beverage order and a new food and beverage order will need to be purchased for the make-up/re-scheduled game.

Parking: As part of a suite order, the customer shall receive one (1) parking pass for automobiles in a Royals designated preferred parking area outside the Stadium for every two (2) tickets purchased. No parking passes will be provided for Budweiser Patio events.

OPENING DAY GROUP TICKET POLICY
Returning Group Customers
  • All Opening Day Group Ticket customers are required to purchase one (1) additional game with same # of tickets at the same seating category or better.
  • Full payment for Opening Day tickets is due upon reservation date; for the additional one (1) game a minimum of 50% is due upon reservation date.
  • Returning Group Ticket customers may only request Opening Day tickets for up to the ticket quantity they purchased the previous season (no exceptions).
  • No refunds on deposits will be allowed.
Season Ticket Holders
  • Current Season Ticket Holders with a 41-game plan or above, that are also a returning Group Ticket customer, are not required to purchase additional games in order to purchase Opening Day tickets.
  • New Season Ticket Holders with a 41-game plan or above will be added to a wait-list and serviced in the order in which they were added to the list.
  • Full payment for Opening Day tickets is due upon reservation date.
  • No Refunds on deposits will be allowed.
Suites
  • Returning Suite purchasers have first priority for 2013
  • The following facilities will be subject to all Opening Day Suite Policies:
    • Dugout Suites
    • Hall of Fame Suites
    • All Star Suites
    • Signature Suites (based on single game availability)
    • Outfield Plaza Party
    • Rivals Front Row Tables
    • Party Porch
    • Rooftop Deck
    • George Brett Lounge
  • In order to reserve an Opening Day Suite for 2013, customer must purchase an additional two (2) suites in the same type of facility or better.
  • The purchase of all 'Standing Room Only' tickets in the suite for Opening Day is required.
  • Full payment for Opening Day tickets is due upon reservation date. For the additional two (2) games a minimum of 50% is due upon reservation date.
  • No refunds on deposits will be allowed.
New Customers
  • New Group Ticket customers will be added to a wait-list and serviced in the order in which they were added to the list.
