GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS: Online entry only. No other method of entry will be accepted. No entry submitted during one (1) Sweepstakes will constitute an eligible entry for any other Sweepstakes. WINNER SELECTION:

Following the conclusion of each World Series Game, MLBAM will randomly select a player and a game outcome scenario (the "Random Game Play") for each Sweepstakes. All eligible entrants whose randomly assigned Game Plays correctly match the Random Game Play for each applicable Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be entered into a random drawing to win the Prize associated with the Game Play. By way of example only, if the Random Game Play randomly selected by MLBAM includes Mariano Rivera as the player and "Closes the Door" as the game outcome, then all eligible entrants whose randomly assigned Game Play includes "Mariano Rivera" as the player, "Closes the Door" as the game outcome scenario and "2012 MLB.TV Premium subscription" as his/her potential Prize would be entered into a random drawing to receive the MLB.TV Prize. Odds of winning a Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received whose Game Play correctly matches the Random Game Play, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Second Chance Drawing(s): If, for any Sweepstakes, no entrant's randomly assigned Game Play correctly matches the Random Game Play, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, second chance drawings will be held to randomly select the Prize for the applicable Sweepstakes. All eligible entrants who entered the applicable Sweepstakes during the applicable Entry Period will be eligible for the Second Chance Drawing(s), if needed. If Second Chance Drawing(s) are necessary, on or about October 10, 2011, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes at issue. The odds of winning a Prize in the Second Chance Drawing(s), if any, depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes. For the avoidance of doubt, each potential winner selected via the Second Chance Drawing(s) will be required to comply with all requirements imposed on winners as set forth herein.
