Redbirds plate double-digit runs
Big night for bats among top Cards postseason games
With the most potent offense in the National League, there was probably little doubt the Cardinals, who plated 22 runs in their three victories over the Dodgers in the Division Series, would continue their offensive assault when they kicked off the NLCS against the Astros. They lived up to that expectation on Wednesday, when they became the seventh Cardinals team to score double digits in runs in a postseason game.
