The Angels will play a total of 33 games throughout the duration of Spring Training.

  • Justin Upton wins 2017 Silver Slugger Award

    Angels outfielder Justin Upton today was named a recipient of a 2017 Louisville Slugger Silver Slugger Award which is given to the best offensive players at each position in both the American and National Leagues. The award is Upton's third career honor and the 22nd overall for the Angels. He was previously honored in 2013 with Arizona and in 2014 with Atlanta.

    Angels shortstop Andrelton Simmons and catcher Martin Maldonado have been named winners of a 2017 American League Gold Glove Award®.     Angels General Manager Billy Eppler announced the club has agreed to terms on a five-year contract with OF Justin Upton. The contract will take Upton through the 2022 campaign and will supersede his existing contract. Per club policy, no financial terms of the agreement will be announced.
