ST. LOUIS -- The St. Louis Cardinals today announced that 30 of the 51 players that the club drafted in the 2008 First-Year Player Draft have agreed to terms. Included is the signing of the Cardinals second overall pick and first-round supplemental selection (39th overall), pitcher Lance Lynn out of the University of Mississippi. St. Louis also came to terms with their second-round pick (59th overall) Shane Peterson from Long Beach State.
The Cardinals also agreed to terms with undrafted free agent Jarred Bogany (OF- Lubbock Christian University).
