Jason Marquis allowed as many runs as he got outs in his loss to the Brewers. The righty gave up six runs in two-plus innings, and the Cardinals' lead in the NL Central stands at one-half game. The momentum from St. Louis' comeback win a day earlier was nowhere to be found.
