Cardinals 9, Red Sox 3
Mitchell Boggs limited Boston to five hits over 5 1/3 frames. (Winslow Townson/AP)
The Cardinals pounced on Daisuke Matsuzaka with Skip Schumaker homering off him and Troy Glaus finishing his line with a grand slam off reliever Chris Smith. That was plenty for Mitchell Boggs, who picked up the win with 5 1/3 solid frames.
