The Cardinals and SportService encourage all guests who consume alcohol to do so in a safe and responsible manner. Alcohol is strictly prohibited from being carried into Busch Stadium.
Messages explaining policies and procedures will be made periodically throughout the stadium. Paging over the stadium public address system is for medical emergencies and is available by contacting Guest Relations.
Cardinals players may sign autographs before each game when time permits; however, we cannot guarantee autograph opportunities will be available every game. Autograph sessions for fans may be scheduled throughout the year.
Bank of America Automatic Teller Machines are located throughout Busch Stadium.
Guests may use their MasterCard, VISA or bank cards to obtain cash.
The AAA Automobile Club of Missouri is available during and after each baseball game to assist guests with car trouble. They are located on the west side of the Stadium, across from the Stadium West Garage. (314) 523-7350 or (800) 222-7623.
Baby changing tables are available in most Busch Stadium restrooms.
Banners may be displayed as long as they do not hinder or interfere with a ball in play or distract or interfere with the view of another guest. Banners may not be displayed in fair territory, be obscene or in poor taste, attract abuse or cause a disturbance among other guests. They should be baseball-oriented and not commercial in nature, unless the Cardinals and Stadium management have granted permission. Also, banners may not be paraded around the Stadium or hung over the field boxes on the field level.
Guests may bring in bags/backpacks that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8". All persons entering the stadium and their possessions are subject to a visual and possibly an electric wand scan.

"Make Your Own Fredbird"
Fans will be able to create and purchase their very own Fredbird. Build-A-Bear is located between Gates 2 and 3, behind Section 153 on Level 1 Main Concourse.
Both still and video cameras are allowed in Busch Stadium, as long as they do not obstruct another guest's view. Credentialed professional news crews/cameras are only allowed on the concourses and are not to film any game action unless given permission by the Cardinals.
Cardinals Dollars may be used at all Busch Stadium concession stands, with vendors, at the Official Cardinals Team Store, Family Pavilion, Cardinals Authentics and also for Cardinals tickets. Cardinals Dollars are sold in $5 increments and are available at the Busch Stadium ticket windows and by phone at (314)345-9000.
Guests are welcome to use cell phones in Busch Stadium provided their use does not disturb other guests.
Chewing tobacco is not permitted in Busch Stadium.

The Cardinals, Anheuser-Busch, SportService, and T.E.A.M. Coalition have teamed up to implement the Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Program. Guests may sign up at kiosks next to Guest Relations on Level 1 to be a designated driver for the game and receive a free key chain (for the first 40 guests only) and a free soda or O'Doul's. Designated Drivers may also be eligible for prizes and recognition on the message board. You must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license to participate.
For the convenience of our guests, elevators and escalators are located throughout Busch Stadium. Please refer to our directional signage for specific locations.
Transportation may be provided to guests who require assistance. Transport carts or wheelchairs will pick up guests at stadium entrances and escort them to and from their seats. Any employee can call Base Station (x6450) from a house phone to add a guest to the list of transports. Assistance will be given as carts become available. No transport carts are allowed outside of Busch Stadium.
Guests wishing to leave the stadium but plan to return during the same game must have their hand stamped at Gates 2, 4 or 6 as they exit the stadium. Guests must show ticket upon re-entry. Inspection policy will also be enforced.

Family restrooms provide private areas for guests with children and offer baby changing tables and a room for nursing mothers.
Firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted in Busch Stadium.
The First Aid Stations in Busch Stadium are located on Level 1 behind Section 147 and on Level 4 in Section 351. The First Aid stations are a service to guests and employees who are in need of medical assistance. No medications or treatments can be dispensed outside of the First Aid stations. Also, minors (those under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive treatment. Vending machines dispensing trial size items for minor first aid needs are located outside of both First Aid locations.
Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball or home run ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul ball or home run ball be thrown back on the field. Any guest interfering with a ball in play is subject to ejection. The Cardinals are not able to accommodate requests for player autographs on home run or foul balls. Guests should stay alert at all times for bats and balls leaving the playing field.
Stadium gates generally open 2 hours before game time.
The St. Louis Cardinals are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable ballpark experience. Our staff has been trained to proactively intervene where necessary to help ensure a "Family Entertainment" environment.
The St. Louis Cardinals appreciate that all guests observe our Ground Rules for Fans while attending ball games at Busch Stadium. Working together with our fans to provide a positive experience is our goal. Please contact the nearest usher if for any reason another guest is interfering with your enjoyment of the game.
Guests who choose not to adhere to these Ground Rules may be in violation of stadium/city ordinances and are subject to intervention, which may lead to ejection and/or arrest.
One of the best ways to enjoy a game at Busch Stadium is with a group of friends, family, or co-workers. For specific party facility information or other group outings please refer to page 26 or call (314) 345-9500.
The Guest Relations Centers are located on Level 1, Section 148 behind homeplate and Level 4 behind section 340 and are staffed by specially trained ushers. Guests may obtain information about Stadium events, promotions, directions to areas both inside and outside of the Stadium; locations of various concession and souvenir stands; and answers to other questions as well. Guest Relations are also the location for lost children, people separated from their groups, and lost and found articles. Hearing impaired guests may use a TDD (Telecommunication Device for the Deaf) at this location.
In addition, guests may register any complaints at the Guest Relations Centers and receive immediate attention.
The Cardinals Hall of Fame Museum is located in the International Bowling Hall of Fame and Museum building at 111 Stadium Plaza, between Clark and Walnut Streets. For information please call (314)231-6340 and see both museums with one admission.

In conjunction with a league-wide policy established by Major League Baseball, the St. Louis Cardinals reserve the right to inspect all items entering Busch Stadium. Guests may carry in items including: backpacks, purses, diaper bags, fanny packs and soft-sided coolers that do not exceed a maximum size of 16"x 16" x 8". Bags that exceed this size are not permitted in the stadium. Alcohol, bottles, cans, thermoses, hard-sided coolers, hard plastic cups/mugs are not permitted. Non-alcoholic beverages including water and soda in open cups or in clear plastic bottles no larger than 2 liters are allowed. All items will be inspected. Those patrons who refuse a search will be denied entrance into the stadium. Exceptions may be made for medical considerations.
The Cardinals Crew Kids Club is for all fans 15 and under. Each year the club features a different player and members receive great benefits - including tickets to a Cardinals game and an invitation to a private, members-only autograph party at Busch Stadium. Members interested in joining may visit the special Cardinals Crew area located in the U.S. Cellular Family Pavilion to purchase a membership and get their membership package. Every home game beginning at 9:00 am fans may go to the 8th Street ticket window and purchase a voucher for two tickets to that day's game. Each voucher is $11.00. Fifteen minutes prior to game time, fans will enter Gate 5 with voucher and identification to receive two random tickets to that day's game. Each game there is a total of 275 vouchers (550 tickets).
Laser lights are not only distracting, they may also interfere with the game, as well as be harmful to the eyes if used improperly. Therefore, laser lights are not permitted in Busch Stadium. Any such devices will be confiscated and the person may face ejection from the game.
Found articles may be turned in at either of our Guest Relations locations. Items will be entered into our Lost and Found system and held for 30 days. Items not claimed after 30 days will be donated to charity. Guests needing assistance in retrieving Lost and Found items during non-game hours may call (314) 345-9882.
Please take all lost children/adults to Guest Relations. Guests should report any missing person at our Guest Relations Centers. Guest Relations staff will work closely with all game personnel to help locate the missing individual(s).
Metrolink normally runs until midnight. If the Cardinals game goes past midnight, Metrolink will continue running until the downtown platform is cleared. For Metrolink and Bus schedules call (314) 231-2345.
The Cardinals are proud to offer one complimentary ticket to active military personnel who show a valid ID. Tickets can be received at the Busch Stadium ticket windows on 8th Street and Clark Street. Tickets will be scanned at any open turnstile. Tickets will not be issued for games that are sold out.
A mother may nurse her child in any public location where she is otherwise authorized to be. Accordingly, all personnel should be aware that mothers are entitled to nurse their infants in Busch Stadium. If the mother requests private accommodations the mother and child should be escorted to a family restroom or First Aid.
The Official Cardinals Team Store, located between Gates 3 and 4, features the area's best selection of premium Cardinals merchandise, both in the store as well as from the Cardinals Team Store mail order catalog.
The hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week, from March through December and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, from January through February. The Official Cardinals Team Store is also open during baseball games. However, an event ticket is required for admission during events. Stadium tours are no longer offered from this location.
The Official Cardinals Team Store Satellite Locations are open during all stadium events.
There are no longer pay phones located in Busch Stadium. If a guest needs to use a phone please direct them to Guest Relations.
The right to delay the start of a game rests with the home club. Once both team managers meet with the home plate umpire and exchange line-up cards, the right to determine whether the game shall be interrupted or terminated is at the discretion of the Umpire-in-Chief. Per the Official Playing Rules, the Umpire-in-Chief shall have sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play shall be halted during a game, when play shall be resumed, and whether and when a game shall be terminated because of bad weather or unsafe playing conditions.
A limited number of premium giveaway items will be issued for certain games to fans who meet specific promotion requirements. Each fan must have a game day ticket and pass through a turnstile to receive the item. Possession of a ticket does not guarantee receipt of a giveaway item. Guests are allowed to have radios and personal televisions, as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the event.
Restrooms are conveniently located throughout Busch Stadium. All restrooms are ADA accessible and are equipped with baby changing stations. The stadium is also equipped with Family Restrooms, which are restricted to families only.
Busch Stadium is a smoke-free facility.
Exit/Re-Entry turnstiles will be set up at Gates 2, 4 and 6 to allow fans access in and out of the stadium if they wish to smoke. Fans will get their hand stamped as they exit the stadium. Guests must show ticket upon re-entry. Inspection policy will also be enforced.
Employees wishing to smoke may do so outside of the stadium prior to entering the building for work or while on break. The smoking area for employees will be south of the employee entrance next to the stadium. This area will not be specifically designated for employees as fans may be in this area as well. Please remember that even though you are on your break, our fans may still ask you questions or seek information. Please act professionally at all times and set an example by disposing of your cigarettes in the proper ash trays provided.
Guests shall not solicit or distribute literature on stadium property without consent from the St. Louis Cardinals.
This includes, but is not limited to political literature, pamphlets, tickets (raffle or otherwise); memberships in outside organizations, clubs, societies, etc.; fund-raising activities for groups or organizations, gifts, parties, etc.; and sale of cosmetics, household goods, food or other products.
Spectators are not permitted on any part of the playing field. Spectators are also not permitted to throw anything onto the field. This is a St. Louis City Ordinance. Persons who violate this ordinance will be arrested and prosecuted.
SportService, Busch Stadium's concessionaire since 1966, is proud of its accomplishments and its leadership position among concessionaires. For over seventy-five years, SportService has been serving Major League stadiums with concessions. In addition, SportService operates fine dining and catering throughout Busch Stadium. SportService is also responsible for all retail operations both inside and outside of Busch Stadium.
Guests with strollers are welcome in Busch Stadium; however, the use of strollers should not interfere with other guests or block entryways or aisles. Strollers should be stored under the guest's seat or may be checked at Guest Relations.

Guest Relations should not be confused with the Ticket Adjustment Windows. The Ticket Adjustment Windows behind Section 161 handle all ticket problems and issues for that particular game.
Any person needing to upgrade a child ticket to an adult ticket or downgrade an adult ticket to a child ticket should also be sent to the Ticket Adjustment Windows behind Section 161.

Guests may also purchase tickets at either the 8th Street or Clark Street ticket windows. The 8th Street ticket windows are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. These windows are also open for all home games from 9:00 am until two hours after game time. The ticket windows (including the windows on the Main Concourse behind Section 161) remain open until two hours after game time.
Tickets for games, which are rescheduled as either a split doubleheader or on an open date, are not subject to refunds or exchanges. Retain ticket stubs for use with the announced policy.
Cancelled GamesTickets for games which are cancelled and either not played or scheduled as a regular doubleheader may be exchanged for tickets to a future game within one year of the cancelled game.

Umbrellas are allowed inside Busch Stadium should rain be forecast and on hot days, provided they do not interfere with the view of other guests.
The U.S. Cellular Family Pavilion is located on Level 1 between Gates 6 and 1, on the northwest corner of Busch Stadium. The Family Pavilion presents a variety of interactive games and activities for the whole family.
The U.S. Cellular Family Pavilion is open 2 hours prior to each game and continues operation until one-half hour after the game. All guests with a day-of-game ticket are admitted to this area free of charge. However, there is a fee to participate in some of the games and activities.

Visiting team fans are our guests. Harassment of the visiting team or their fans will not be tolerated and may result in ejection.
Paid tickets may be picked up with a valid id at any open ticket window. Complimentary tickets are left at the special services window located between Gates 3 and 4. These windows open 2 hours before game time and close 1 hour after game time. Any tickets not picked up will be held at the Late Will Call Window.
