Covering seven city blocks on the 10-acre site just north of Busch Stadium, Ballpark Village is a $550 million mixed-use retail, entertainment, office and residential district being developed by the St. Louis Cardinals and the Cordish Companies.
Ballpark Village will be the country's first fully integrated mixed-use development designed to deliver the excitement and energy of the game day experience to a new neighborhood outside the stadium walls even on non-game days.
The first phase of Ballpark Village will include the development of a new world-class Cardinals Hall of Fame Museum and Cardinals Nation Restaurant.
In addition to showcasing some the Cardinals large museum collection, now second only to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown in terms of size, the Cardinals Hall of Fame building will include a Cardinals themed restaurant and seating decks with views directly into Busch Stadium.
A total of 25,000 square feet of office space, as well as 100,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space will be built on the two blocks along Clark Street next to Busch Stadium (blocks 200 & 300) as part of the first phase.
The first phase will also include the development of public event space known as the Live Plaza, as well as the site infrastructure and street grid for the entire 10-acre site.
