Accessible seating is readily available on all levels and in all price categories of Busch Stadium. To purchase tickets for accessible seating, go to cardinals.com, call (314) 345-9000 and a Ticket Sales Representative will be available to help you. Tickets may also be exchanged prior to a game date or on the day of a game at the Busch Stadium Ticket Windows located on 8th Street near Gate 3. For more information, please visit cardinals.com/accessible. All ticket exchanges are subject to availability.
Alcoholic Beverage Service
The Cardinals and SportService encourage all guests who consume alcohol to do so in a safe and responsible manner. Alcohol is strictly prohibited from being carried into Busch Stadium.
Announcements and Paging
Messages explaining policies and procedures will be made periodically throughout the stadium. Paging over the stadium public address system is for medical emergencies and is available by contacting Guest Relations.
Cardinals players may sign autographs before each game when time permits; however, we cannot guarantee autograph opportunities will be available every game. Autograph sessions for fans may be scheduled throughout the year. The Cardinals cannot fulfill requests for autographs on balls hit into the stands.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATM)
Bank of America Automatic Teller Machines are located throughout Busch Stadium.
Level 1 (Main Concourse)
Guests may use their MasterCard, VISA or bank cards to obtain cash.
The AAA Automobile Club of Missouri is available during and after each baseball game to assist guests with car trouble. They are located on the west side of the Stadium, across from the West Garage. (314) 523-7350 or (800) 222-7623.
Baby Changing Table Stations
Baby changing tables are available in most Busch Stadium restrooms.
Guests may bring in bags/backpacks that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8". All persons entering the stadium and their possessions are subject to a visual and possibly an electric wand scan.
Cardinals Nation (#CardsNation)
The first phase of Ballpark Village is anchored by a first-of-its-kind 30,000 square foot venue on four levels called Cardinals Nation. Cardinals Nation is comprised of five key elements: a two-story restaurant and bar, an 8,000 square foot world-class Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum, a Cardinals Authentics retail store featuring game used memorabilia on the first floor, one-of-kind special event space available year round and a 330-seat roof top deck with spectacular game views for fans looking for a VIP all-inclusive experience unlike anything in baseball today. The Cardinals Nation restaurant features a high-energy, memorabilia-infused space designed by the internationally acclaimed Jeffrey Beers International. There are three separate patios, two large bars, and unparalleled sports viewing with large flat screen TVs and other multimedia features. Cardinals Nation will set a new standard for sports-inspired restaurants. The Cardinals Nation rooftop seating deck features ticketed seats looking into Busch Stadium and will include amenities such as all-inclusive food and beverage, a complimentary ticket to the Cardinals museum, Busch Stadium audio/visual feeds, and access to other areas within Ballpark Village. Banners may be displayed as long as they do not hinder or interfere with a ball in play or distract or interfere with the view of another guest. Banners may not be displayed in fair territory, be obscene or in poor taste, attract abuse or cause a disturbance among other guests. They should be baseball-oriented and not commercial in nature, unless the Cardinals and Stadium management have granted permission. Also, banners may not be paraded around the Stadium or hung over the field boxes on the field level.

Both still and video cameras are allowed in Busch Stadium, as long as they do not obstruct another guest's view. Credentialed professional news crews/cameras are only allowed on the concourses and are not to film any game action unless given permission by the Cardinals.
Cardinals Authentics Exclusive Memorabilia Shop
Cardinals Authentics specializes in official, game-used, limited-editions and autographed collectibles and memorabilia direct from the club. The shop is located inside Busch Stadium in the Ford Plaza just north of Gate 6 and climate controlled for a comfortable shopping experience. It is only open to ticketed guests from the concourse during home games from the time the gates open until 30 minutes after the game ends. Otherwise customers may visit cardinalsauthentics.com to view current inventory and to shop Cardinals Authentics on-line anytime, all year long. Information is available or orders can be taken year-round by calling (314) 345-9666 during normal business hours as well.
Cardinals Dollars may be used at all Busch Stadium concession stands, with vendors, at the Official Cardinals Team Store, Family Pavilion, Cardinals Authentics and also for Cardinals tickets. Cardinals Dollars are sold in $5 increments and are available online at cardinals.com, at the Busch Stadium ticket windows and by phone at (314)345-9000.

The "Cards Cash" program allows guests to add a dollar value to game tickets and is redeemable at any concession or retail location in the Ballpark. This value is stored in the barcode of the tickets and is valid only at the game for which it was purchased.
Cards Cash can be added to individual game tickets or to group ticket packages. It may also be included in some season tickets as well as "ticket packs". In addition, there will be special promotions wherein specific ticket locations or even entire sections may be rewarded with Cards Cash on their tickets.
Guests who have questions about the program should be directed to the Inside Advanced Ticket Windows.
Guests are welcome to use cell phones in Busch Stadium provided their use does not disturb other guests.
Chewing tobacco is not permitted in Busch Stadium.
The St. Louis Cardinals and the team's community foundation, Cardinals Care, are dedicated to caring for kids. This mission statement is achieved through a variety of programs backed by our players, coaches, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and fans, allowing for grants to support non-profit groups in the St. Louis community. Cardinals Care has distributed more than $16 million to area youth organizations since its inception in 1997 and strives to improve the lives of more children every year. In-stadium silent auctions benefitting Cardinals Care are held on every Tuesday and Friday night home game. Auctions close at the first pitch, bottom of the 7th inning. You must be present to claim your item. Locations include the Main Concourse at Gate 3 and Section 134/135, Redbird Club, Cardinals Club and the Terrace Level.
Costumes of any kind that cover the head/face are strictly prohibited from entering the ballpark. All other costumes are subject to inspection upon entry or at any time over the course of a game/event at the discretion of stadium personnel.
Designated Driver Program
The Cardinals, Anheuser-Busch, SportService, and T.E.A.M. Coalition have teamed up to implement the Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Program. Guests may sign up at kiosks next to Guest Relations on Level 1 to be a designated driver for the game and receive a free key chain (for the first 40 guests only) and a free soda or O'Doul's. Designated Drivers may also be eligible for prizes and recognition on the message board. You must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license to participate.
For the convenience of our guests, elevators and escalators are located throughout Busch Stadium. Please refer to our directional signage for specific locations.
Transportation may be provided to guests who require assistance. Transport carts or wheelchairs will pick up guests at stadium entrances and escort them to and from their seats. Assistance will be given as carts become available. No transport carts are allowed outside of Busch Stadium.
Guests wishing to leave the stadium but plan to return during the same game must have their hand stamped and receive a re-entry card at Gates 1, 2 or 4 as they exit the stadium. Guests must show ticket and re-entry card upon re-entry. Inspection policy will also be enforced. No guests may re-enter Busch Stadium after the conclusion of the 6th inning.
Family restrooms provide private areas for guests with children and offer baby changing tables and a room for nursing mothers. These restrooms are also available for use by disabled guests.

Fan Texting System
This system gives fans a discreet, instant way to alert stadium personnel of guest services issues by sending a quick text message. For Security and Guest Services concerns fans should text keyword: "STLCARDS" + issue and location to 69050.
Firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted in Busch Stadium.
The First Aid Stations in Busch Stadium are located on Level 1 behind Section 147 and on Level 4 in Section 351. The First Aid stations are a service to guests and employees who are in need of medical assistance. No medications or treatments can be dispensed outside of the First Aid stations. Also, minors (those under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive treatment. Vending machines dispensing trial size items for minor first aid needs are located outside of both First Aid locations.
First Pitch Tickets (KMOX 1120)
At 9:00am on the day of each regular season home game, fans may purchase a voucher good for two tickets for just $11.20. Vouchers may be purchased at the 8th Street Ticket Windows located just north of Gate 3. Fans redeem their vouchers at Gate 1 for actual tickets 15 minutes prior to game time. Tickets may be anywhere in the stadium, from Infield Field Box to Standing Room. There is a total of 275 vouchers (550 tickets) available for each regular season home game.
Fans can bring their own food & drinks into Busch Stadium for all 81 games. Alcohol, bottles, cans, thermoses, hard-sided coolers, hard plastic cups/mugs are not permitted. Non-alcoholic beverages including water and soda in open cups or in clear plastic bottles no larger than 2 liters are allowed. Food & beverages from the outside will not be permitted in the Cardinals Club, Luxury Suites, Party Suites or any of our other All Inclusive Areas.
Foul Balls/Home Runs
Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball or home run ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul ball or home run ball be thrown back on the field. Any guest interfering with a ball in play is subject to ejection. The Cardinals are not able to accommodate requests for player autographs on home run or foul balls. Guests should stay alert at all times for bats and balls leaving the playing field.
Stadium gates generally open 2 hours before game time.
Ground Rules for Fans
The St. Louis Cardinals are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable ballpark experience. Our staff has been trained to proactively intervene where necessary to help ensure a "Family Entertainment" environment.
The St. Louis Cardinals appreciate that all guests observe our Ground Rules for Fans while attending ball games at Busch Stadium. Working together with our fans to provide a positive experience is our goal. Please contact the nearest usher if for any reason another guest is interfering with your enjoyment of the game.
Guests who choose not to adhere to these Ground Rules may be in violation of stadium/city ordinances and are subject to intervention, which may lead to ejection and/or arrest.
Group Sales and Group Outings
One of the best ways to enjoy a game at Busch Stadium is with a group of friends, family, or co-workers. For specific party facility information, visit cardinals.com or call (314) 345-9500.
The Guest Relations Centers are located on Level 1, Section 148 behind homeplate and Level 4 behind section 340 and are staffed by specially trained ushers. Guests may obtain information about Stadium events, promotions, directions to areas both inside and outside of the Stadium; locations of various concession and souvenir stands; and answers to other questions as well. Guest Relations are also the location for lost children, people separated from their groups, and lost and found articles. Hearing impaired guests may use a TDD (Telecommunication Device for the Deaf) at this location.
In addition, guests may register any complaints at the Guest Relations Centers and receive immediate attention.
Ice Mountain Autograph Nights
Fans, ages 20 and under, can get current player autographs before the game from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Then from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. all fans can get autographs from former players.

In conjunction with a league-wide policy established by Major League Baseball, the St. Louis Cardinals reserve the right to inspect all items entering Busch Stadium. Guests may carry in items including: backpacks, purses, diaper bags, fanny packs and soft-sided coolers that do not exceed a maximum size of 16"x 16" x 8". Bags that exceed this size are not permitted in the stadium. Alcohol, bottles, cans, thermoses, hard-sided coolers, hard plastic cups/mugs are not permitted. Non-alcoholic beverages including water and soda in open cups or in clear plastic bottles no larger than 2 liters are allowed. All items will be inspected. Those patrons who refuse a search will be denied entrance into the stadium. Exceptions may be made for medical considerations.

St. Louis Cardinals Alumni Kids Clinics are a great way for kids (ages 7-13) to learn the fundamentals of baseball the Cardinals way. Each clinic is taught by former Cardinals players and coaches. Kids' Crew Club
The Cardinals Crew Kids Club is for all fans 15 and under. Each year the club features a different player and members receive great benefits - including tickets to a Cardinals game and an invitation to a private, members-only autograph party at Busch Stadium. Fans interested in joining may visit the special Cardinals Crew area located in the U.S. Cellular Family Pavilion to purchase a membership and get their membership package. Children, age 3 and under, do not require a ticket for entry into the ballpark. However, only fans entering the ballpark with a ticket will receive the promotion or giveaway item, if applicable.
Ticket Kiosks are located around the perimeter of Busch Stadium and are open to the public 24 hours a day. Kiosks can be used to purchase or pick up Cardinals and Busch Stadium Tour tickets. No additional fee's apply for Ticket Kiosk purchases. Ticket Kiosks are also located in the Cardinals Team Store behind section 163.
KMOX 1120 First Pitch Tickets

Laser lights are not only distracting, they may also interfere with the game, as well as be harmful to the eyes if used improperly. Therefore, laser lights are not permitted in Busch Stadium. Any such devices will be confiscated and the person may face ejection from the game.
Lost and Found
Found articles may be turned in at either of our Guest Relations locations. Items will be entered into our Lost and Found system and held for 30 days. Items not claimed after 30 days will be donated to charity. Guests needing assistance in retrieving Lost and Found items during non-game hours may call (314) 345-9882 or email email@example.com.
Please take all lost children/adults to Guest Relations. Guests should report any missing person at our Guest Relations Centers. Guest Relations staff will work closely with all game personnel to help locate the missing individual(s).

Metrolink normally runs until midnight. If the Cardinals game goes past midnight, Metrolink will continue running until the downtown platform is cleared. For Metrolink and Bus schedules call (314) 231-2345.
The Cardinals are proud to offer one complimentary ticket to active, reserve and retired military personnel who show a Valid ID at Windows 17-18 no earlier than 1½ hours before game time. Tickets are based on availability. Blackout dates may apply.
Busch Stadium policy states that all artificial noisemakers are strictly prohibited from entering the ballpark. Items may be confiscated and disposed of by stadium personnel. Items include, but are not limited to the following:cowbells, airhorns, and Thunderstix.
A mother may nurse her child in any public location where she is otherwise authorized to be. If the mother requests private accommodations the mother and child should be escorted to a family restroom or First Aid.
Official Cardinals Team Store - (800) 421-3263
Located at the corner of 8th and Clark St. between Gate 3 and Gate 4, The Official Cardinals Team Store features the areas best selection of premium Cardinals merchandise.
The hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week, from March through December and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday through Friday, from January through February. On game days, The Official Cardinals Team Store closes to the public forty minutes prior to gate time and reopens during baseball games to ticketed guests from the concourse.
Official Cardinals Team Store Satellite Locations
The Official Cardinals Team Store Satellite Locations are open during all stadium events.
If you are entering the ballpark through Gate 2, 3, or 4, the best place to park is on or near 8th Street. If entering through Gates 1, 5 or 6, the best place is on or near Broadway.
The right to delay the start of a game rests with the home club. Once both team managers meet with the home plate umpire and exchange line-up cards, the right to determine whether the game shall be interrupted or terminated is at the discretion of the Umpire-in-Chief. Per the Official Playing Rules, the Umpire-in-Chief shall have sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play shall be halted during a game, when play shall be resumed, and whether and when a game shall be terminated because of bad weather or unsafe playing conditions.
A limited number of premium giveaway items will be issued for certain games to fans who meet specific promotion requirements. Each fan must have a game day ticket and pass through a turnstile to receive the item. Possession of a ticket does not guarantee receipt of a giveaway item. The Cardinals' award-winning publications are available from vendors located at each gate, from the time gates open until approximately one-half hour after the first pitch. Thereafter, they can be purchased at the ballpark at various souvenir stands and the Team Store, by calling 314-345-9303 or online at cardinals.com/publications.
Radios and Personal Televisions
Guests are allowed to have radios and personal televisions, as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the event.
Restrooms are conveniently located throughout Busch Stadium. All restrooms are ADA accessible and are equipped with baby changing stations. The stadium is also equipped with Family Restrooms, which are restricted to families only.
Busch Stadium is a smoke-free and tobacco-free facility, including "smokeless" cigarettes.
Exit/Re-Entry turnstiles will be set up at Gates 1, 2 and 4 to allow guests access in and out of the stadium if they wish to smoke. Guests must get their hand stamped as they exit the stadium. Guests must also show ticket upon re-entry. Inspection policy will also be enforced.

Guests shall not solicit or distribute literature on stadium property without consent from the St. Louis Cardinals.
This includes, but is not limited to political literature, pamphlets, tickets (raffle or otherwise); memberships in outside organizations, clubs, societies, etc.; fund-raising activities for groups or organizations, gifts, parties, etc.; and sale of cosmetics, household goods, food or other products.
Spectators on the Playing Field
Spectators are not permitted on any part of the playing field. Spectators are also not permitted to throw anything onto the field. This is a St. Louis City Ordinance. Persons who violate this ordinance will be arrested and prosecuted.
SportService, Busch Stadium's concessionaire since 1966, is proud of its accomplishments and its leadership position among concessionaires. For over eighty-five years, SportService has been serving Major League stadiums with concessions. In addition, SportService operates fine dining and catering throughout Busch Stadium. SportService is also responsible for all retail operations both inside and outside of Busch Stadium.

Guests with strollers are welcome in Busch Stadium; however, the use of strollers should not interfere with other guests or block entryways or aisles. Strollers should be stored under the guest's seat or may be checked at Guest Relations.

Taxi Cab Stands
There are two taxi cab stands located at Busch Stadium, one is on the far east side on Broadway just south of Spruce and the other is on the west side next to the Westin Hotel on Spruce between 8th and 9th Street.
T.E.A.M. (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management)
T.E.A.M. is the name of a group formed in 1985 to encourage public facility owners and managers to promote alcohol awareness in their facilities. Major League Baseball joined T.E.A.M. in 1986. The goals of the T.E.A.M. Program are to:

Ticket Resolution Windows
Guest Relations should not be confused with the Ticket Resolution Windows. The Ticket Resolution Windows are located behind Section 161 and handle all ticket problems and issues for that particular game.
Guests may purchase tickets to upcoming Cardinals home games by clicking the "Buy Tickets" link below or calling (314) 345-9000.
Guests may also purchase tickets at either the 8th Street or Clark Street ticket windows. The 8th Street ticket windows are open seven days a week from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. These windows are also open for all home games from 9:00 am until two hours after game time. The ticket windows (including the windows on the Main Concourse behind Section 161) remain open until two hours after game time.
Tickets for games, which are postponed and rescheduled as either a split doubleheader or on an open date, are not subject to refunds or exchanges. Retain ticket stubs for use with the announced policy.

U.S. Cellular Family Pavilion
The U.S. Cellular Family Pavilion is located on Level 1 between Gates 5 and 6, on the northeast corner of Busch Stadium. The Family Pavilion presents a variety of interactive games and activities for the whole family.
The U.S. Cellular Family Pavilion is open 2 hours prior to each game and continues operation until one-half hour after the game. All guests with a day-of-game ticket are admitted to this area free of charge. However, there is a fee to participate in some of the games and activities.

Visiting Team Fans
Visiting team fans are our guests. Harassment of the visiting team or their fans will not be tolerated and may result in ejection.
All paid and complimentary tickets can be picked up at the 8th Street ticket windows as well as at all Cardinals Ticket Kiosks located around the perimeter of Busch Stadium. A valid ID that matches the Will Call name is required to receive tickets. Tickets picked up at Ticket Kiosks require the Credit Card used to originally purchase the tickets. The 8th Street ticket windows are open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and are also open for all home games from 9:00am until two hours after game time. Ticket Kiosks are available to distribute Will Call tickets 24 hours a day.
