Community Ticket Program

Welcome to the 2016 St. Louis Cardinals Community Ticket Program

The Community Ticket Program is designed to help distribute complimentary tickets to non-profit and community-based organizations that may not otherwise have the resources or opportunity to attend a St. Louis Cardinals baseball game.

Eligible Participants Include:
  • Non-profit and community-based organizations
  • Disabled groups of kids and/or adults
    • Adult supervisors - this is required
  • Groups of kids age 5 - 18 involved with a non-profit group, church or school.
    • Adult supervisors, in the ratio of one adult for every five kids - this is required.
TICKET REQUESTS:
Organization may apply for up to two (2) games during the St. Louis Cardinals season as follows:
  • Applications requesting a game scheduled to be played April through June will be accepted in late February/early March
  • Applications requesting a game schedule to be played July through September will be accepted beginning in June
  • A maximum of one (1) game may be requested per organization per application period (maximum of two (2) games during the season)
Rules and Regulations:
  • Donated tickets may not be resold or offered for resale, and use of donated tickets is strictly limited to the beneficiaries of the organization and cannot be used for raffle, fundraising or other promotional purposes whatsoever.   • Re-selling or misuse of donated tickets will result in permanent disqualification from the program. It is imperative that you make ALL ticket recipients aware of this policy. Your organization will be held directly responsible for any re-selling or misuse of tickets. It is your responsibility to communicate this policy to all of your ticket recipients.
  • Each group may apply for one (1) game per application period during the 2016 season (total of two (2) games).
  • It is possible that some groups may not be awarded free tickets due to the enormous demand.
  • Each group is allowed a maximum of 75 tickets - including supervisors - for one date.
  • Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-serve basis and seating is limited.
  • Wheelchair seating is very limited and we will try to accommodate these requests, however we may not be able to satisfy every request. Please only request wheelchair seats if absolutely necessary, elevators are available for ambulatory guests that cannot walk great distances. Non-wheelchair seats CANNOT be exchanged for wheelchair seats.
  • Sending in this order form is not a guarantee that your group will be eligible for the Community Ticket Program for the 2016 season.
  • In the event of a rainout, games may not be rescheduled.
  • You are responsible for the tickets, if lost or stolen, they will not be replaced.
  • Groups requesting tickets must complete an official application by clicking the "Submit Application" button below.
  • Only select dates are available and groups must pick from the dates the Cardinals provide.
  • The Cardinals may disqualify organizations who:
    1. Request a large number of tickets and fail to use them.
    2. Request any number of tickets and not show up.
    3. Have adults use the tickets that were given to kids.
Notification Process:
  • Groups accepted into the program will receive an e-mail confirmation and automatically be sent physical game day tickets to the address provided on the application.
  • If your group cannot be accommodated, you will be notified via email.

Admission Information:
  • Groups given Community Tickets are asked and encouraged to arrive early. Groups not arriving early will experience delays getting to their seats and as a result may miss a portion of the game.
  • Elevator capacity is limited and can only hold two to three wheelchairs per trip. Please limit elevator use to only those individuals that really need assistance.
    • More detailed information and instructions will be given upon receipt of your game tickets.
PERFECT ATTENDANCE:
Groups that use 100% of their complimentary tickets will be entered into a raffle for an opportunity to attend an additional Cardinals game during the 2017 season (date and time to be announced).

PHOTO CONTEST:
If your group is awarded complimentary tickets, we ask and encourage that you submit a photo of your group taken at the game via mail or email. Groups that submit a photo will be entered into a raffle for an opportunity to attend an additional Cardinals game during the 2017 season (date and time to be announced).
