Cardinals RED for Kids is the Cardinals version of the popular office casual or "dress down" days. The Cardinals are asking organizations to allow their employees to dress casual and wear red for a day to show support for the Cardinals while donating to Cardinals Care.
It is a great way for fans to rally their support for the Cardinals while helping kids in our community. Schools are also encouraged to participate in Cardinals RED for Kids, but are not required to make a donation to get involved.

We would like each organization to designate a team leader (the head of Human Resources for instance), who will take responsibility for organizing a dress red day(s) at their respective organization.
The idea started with the best and most generous fans in baseball. Some local groups organized fundraisers to help Cardinals Care help the children of Joplin this past season as part of the Teams Unite for Joplin effort. Mayor Slay took the lead in organizing a drive on behalf of city workers, while a team from Shop N' Save stepped up to help too. During the 2011 Postseason, the employees at Bunge North America, Inc. raised over $6000 in donations!
The organization that raises the most funds will receive 100 Cardinals tickets personally delivered to their office by Fredbird. Monies must be received by April 30th. Winners will be contacted directly to select the mutually agreed upon game.
