In order to purchase a Cardinals Nation Membership, you must complete the Cardinals Nation order form on cardinals.com and provide complete and accurate information, including name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work mobile and/or fax), e-mail address, valid credit or debit card information and shipping address. The cardinals.com Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used. The e-mail address used at purchase or activation will be your Cardinals Nation member login. You must use (or, for gifts, provide) a unique e-mail address and password for each membership purchased. The Cardinals and/or MLB.com reserves the right to decline service to or terminate any account for suspicious activity or violation of the terms of this page or the cardinals.com Terms of Use. For your convenience, you have the option to have your Cardinals Nation subscription automatically renew at the previous year's regular full price. If you purchased a 2012 Cardinals Nation membership with automatic renewal option but would like to cancel the automatic renewal option, you can do so by sending an e-mail requesting cancellation of automatic renewal to cardinalsnation@cardinals.mlb.com before December 1, 2012. (Renewed subscriptions cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts.) Cardinals Nation will contact members whose memberships are subject to automatic renewal by email in the spring of the following season to notify them of pending renewal (see below).
AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING YOUR 2011 MEMBERSHIP
All Cardinals Nation members who selected the automatic renewal option when originally purchasing their membership, who have not cancelled or purchased a membership for 2012, will receive notification of the pending renewal in January 2012, and then automatically have their membership renew approximately two weeks later.
IF YOU PURCHASED A GIFT
Gift memberships cannot be automatically renewed from year to year.
We will contact your gift recipient via e-mail to let him/her know that you have purchased a gift Cardinals Nation membership on their behalf. Please be aware that the recipient will need to activate the membership using the link in the gift notification e-mail in order to receive the Cardinals Nation benefits and welcome package, so please be sure that the e-mail address was entered correctly. If the intended recipient did not receive the e-mail, please contact us. Consistent with the MLB.com Privacy Policy, children under 13 are not eligible to register for an MLB.com account.
YOU MUST ACTIVATE YOUR GIFT MEMBERSHIP TO RECEIVE THE BENEFITS OF YOUR CARDINALS NATION MEMBERSHIP, YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD AND YOUR WELCOME PACKAGE. The e-mail you received when you were notified of your gift included a special link and information on how to activate your membership. You must click on that link and follow activation instructions.
NOTE: In order to receive the benefits of your 2012 Cardinals Nation gift membership, we recommend you activate your membership as soon as possible. You must activate by August 15, 2012. If you do not activate by such date, your gift membership package will be sent to the address provided by the original gift purchaser at the end of the regular season.

Your Cardinals Nation welcome package contains your membership card, a welcome letter from the St. Louis Cardinals, and a coupon for the St. Louis Cardinals Team Store.
Membership cards and Welcome Packages will begin to be shipped in January 2012. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Neither the St. Louis Cardinals, nor MLB.com, are responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Any 2012 Membership Cards returned by the US Postal Service will be held at MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011 until the conclusion of the 2012 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by the applicable Cardinals Nation member by providing proof of identification to MLB.com. Cards may be replaced, for a fee, at the discretion of the St. Louis Cardinals and/or MLB.com. Replacement cards may be requested by sending a request and a check made out to MLB.com in the amount of $3.00 to Cardinals Nation Replacement Card, c/o MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011. Members of the Cardinals Nation will receive one "Buy One Get One Free" Busch Stadium Tour coupon. Your tour coupon code will not be included in the membership packet you receive in the mail. The ticket voucher will be sent to you electronically after single-game tickets have gone on sale in early March 2012. Please review the e-mail for complete terms and conditions. The ticket voucher must be redeemed by August 31, 2012. Members of Cardinals Nation may elect to receive a 30-day trial of the MLB Insiders Club. You can continue your membership for only $2/month (billed annually).
