In order to receive a Cardinals Nation Membership, you must complete the Cardinals Nation order application form on stlcardinals.com by providing complete and accurate personal information consisting of your name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work mobile and/or fax), e-mail address, valid credit card information and shipping address. stlcardinals.com's Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used. To ensure that each member can access their online benefits, please use a unique e-mail and password for each membership purchased. You must have a valid stlcardinals.com username and password to enter, and must have purchased a 2009 Cardinals Nation membership.
