For your convenience you have the option to have your Cardinals Nation subscription automatically renew at the previous year's regular price. If you purchased a 2010 Cardinals Nation membership with automatic renewal option but would like to cancel the automatic renewal option, you can do so by sending an e-mail requesting cancellation of automatic renewal to cardinalsnation@cardinals.mlb.com before December 1, 2010. (Renewed subscriptions cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts).

Please be aware that the recipient will need to activate the membership using the link in the gift notification e-mail in order to receive the Cardinals Nation benefits and welcome package.

Any 2010 Membership Cards returned by the US Postal Service will be held at MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011 until the conclusion of the 2010 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by the applicable Cardinals Nation member by providing proof of identification to MLB.com. Cards may be replaced, for a fee, at the discretion of the St Louis Cardinals and/or MLB.com. Replacement cards may be requested by sending a request and a check made out to MLB.com in the amount of $3.00 to Cardinals Nation Replacement Card, c/o MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011. Your ticket voucher for your two tickets to a 2010 regular season Cardinals game will not be included in the membership packet you receive in the mail. The ticket voucher will be sent to you electronically after single-game tickets have gone on sale in early March 2010. Please review the e-mail for complete terms and conditions. The ticket voucher must be redeemed by August 31, 2010.
In order to provide the highest customer satisfaction possible, MLB.com will refund the paid purchase price of a Cardinals Nation membership if a refund request is received at cardinalsnation@cardinals.mlb.com within ten (10) days of your purchase date. Any request for refund or cancelation after that time is subject to the cancelation rules set forth above.
