Q: Is a pass required for entry?
A: Yes, all fans must prominently display their pass for entry every day of the event.

Beginning Friday, November 25:
• Online from 10 a.m. on Friday, November 25 through Monday, January 9 at 11:59 p.m.
• At the Official Cardinals Team Store located at Busch Stadium (open every day 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
• At the Cardinals Clubhouse Stores located at Union Station, The Galleria, St. Louis Mills, St. Clair Square, South County Mall, West County Mall, Mid Rivers Mall, and Branson Landing
WWU Passes can also be purchased at the event at the Autograph and Admission Sales table on Floor 2.

*Members of the military, police and fire departments with an active ID will receive one free adult pass which must be obtained in person at the Busch Stadium Official Cardinals Team Store (starting November 25- January 13) or at the Winter Warm-Up.
Q: If I purchase online, how will I receive my passes?
A: All passes that are purchased by December 15 at 11:59 p.m. will be received in the mail before December 25
Passes purchased December 16 through January 2 - 11:59 p.m. will be received in the mail before January 13, 2017
Passes purchased after January 2, 2017 can be ONLY picked up at Will Call.
All passes purchased online will be mailed to the billing/shipping address of the purchaser.

Q: Where is Will Call and what are the hours of operation?
A: A photo ID matching the name on the original order or a print out of the confirmation email is required to pick up your purchase.

A: No, unfortunately all passes are non-refundable.
Cardinals Care is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged autograph tickets. It is recommended that you safeguard your tickets the same way you would cash. Tickets are the sole responsibility of the ticket purchaser, and tickets cannot be reissued or reprinted.
Q: What is an autograph ticket?
A: Some players require a specific donation to Cardinals Care, so an autograph ticket guarantees fans the opportunity to obtain a player's autograph.
Q: How can I purchase an autograph ticket?
A: Autograph tickets will go on sale Wednesday, January 4 at 10 a.m.

Q: Are there limits on the number of tickets a fan can purchase?

A: No, many players sign autographs free of charge throughout the weekend.
Free Autograph Ticket Policy
For the convenience of our fans, ALL 2017 free autograph tickets will be distributed at the Hyatt on a daily basis, no more than ONE hour prior to the player’s scheduled signing time.
Free autograph tickets will be distributed in the main hotel lobby with the exception of the first signings of the day. For those signing free autographs in the morning’s first time slot, the free tickets will be available at the entrance to their designated autograph line inside the Hyatt’s Grand Ballroom on Level 4.

Q: Why is a donation required for some players?
A: Winter Warm-Up is the largest fundraising effort organized by Cardinals Care. All proceeds benefit Redbird Rookies and charitable grants to community groups who help kids.
Q: What items can I bring to get signed?
A: Most players will sign items including but not limited to baseballs, photos, posters, bats, gloves, jerseys, seat backs, hats, helmets, and bases. Please note that it is up to each player as to what he will or will not sign.
Q: How many items can I bring to get signed?
A: Autographs are limited to one item per person per player.
Q: Can I take photos with the players?
A: Due to the time restrictions and number of fans who want autographs, posed photos with the players are prohibited.
Q: How do I know when certain players will be signing?

A: Typically on one day for one or two straight hours.
Q: Are autograph tickets transferable?
A: Once tickets are picked-up by the original purchaser, they are fully transferable.

A: Tickets will be held for pick-up at Will Call at the event. You must present a photo ID matching the name on the original order or the e-mail confirmation received at the time of order to pick-up your purchase.

Q: When and where can I get in line for autographs?
A: All tickets are numbered. All player autograph sessions will be in the Grand Ballroom on Level 4.
Q: What if I miss a player's signing time?
A: All tickets are non-refundable. Must be present at player's designated autograph time to receive autograph. If the signing time is missed, the opportunity is lost.
Q: What happens if I lose my player's autograph ticket?

A: We have two (2) silent auctions each day of the Winter Warm-Up as well as two (2) live auctions each day.
For the silent auctions the times are:
• Open 9 a.m. - Close 11:30 a.m. and Open 1 p.m. - Close 3 p.m. on Sunday, Saturday CANCELLED
• Open 9 a.m. - Close 11 a.m. and Open 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. on Monday

Q: If I win an auction item, how do I pay and redeem my item(s)?
A: You pay and take your item(s) with you at the close of each auction.
Q: How do I know that my auction item(s) are legitimate?
A: Each item comes with a Donation Acknowledgement from Cardinals Care.
Q: What kind of things are in the Cardinals Care store?
A: All kinds of hidden treasures! You can find things like; discounted hats, jerseys, photos and other unique collectibles. The Cardinals Care store is not a vendor; things that are purchased here will be a contribution to the charitable event.
Q: What are the hours of the store?
A: The Cardinals Care store will be open during the duration of the Winter Warm-Up.
Q: Are outside food and beverages permitted?
A: Outside food and beverage are not allowed in hotel meeting spaces and public areas. However, there will be food available for purchase at the Winter Warm-Up.
Q: Can I bring a camera?
A: Both still and video cameras are allowed, as long as they do not interfere with other fans, players, or staff. No photos or footage may be reproduced unless given permission by the Cardinals.
Q: Are tours of Busch Stadium available during the Winter Warm-Up?
A: Yes. Guided tours of Busch Stadium will be offered during the 2017 Winter Warm-Up each day between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. These tours will be offered at the regular tour prices BUT will include the Cardinals Locker Room*. Tickets can be purchased now at cardinals.com/tours. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Cardinals Care.
*The Winter Warm-Up is the only time each year that the Cardinals Locker Room is available for tours.
Q: Will the Cardinals Museum be open during Winter Warm-Up?
A: Yes. The Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum, located on Level 2 of Cardinals Nation at Ballpark Village, will be open from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily. Museum entry is included in all tour ticket purchases beginning January 1, 2016. Tickets can be purchased at cardinalsnation.com.
