Busch Stadium Accessible Seating

The St. Louis Cardinals welcome you to Busch Stadium!

Special attention has been given to all areas of Busch Stadium to make sure it is a fully accessible ballpark for all Cardinals fans. This page outlines the many services and amenities that Busch Stadium has to offer guests requesting accessible seating or other services.

If you need any assistance during your visit to Busch Stadium, please do not hesitate to contact a ballpark usher or any other Cardinals employee.

Accessible Seating

The St. Louis Cardinals will make every effort to accommodate seating requests for our guests as well as family and friends. Accessible seating is readily available on all levels of Busch Stadium.

Accommodations and special services are available for guests who require wheelchair seating and also those who require other assistance.
Accessible seating is available on all seating levels for guests with accompanying companion seats (folding chairs) for friends or family.
Wheelchair transport to and from seats is available to guests and can be requested at any Busch Stadium Entry Gate by informing an usher.
Electrical outlets are available at some accessible seating locations.

Ticket Purchases

Accessible seating is available in all Busch Stadium seating levels and price categories. To purchase tickets for accessible seating, please call (314) 345-9500.

Online Ticket Purchases:

Unfortunately, our ticketing system does not currently support accessible seating ticket purchases online. To submit a request for accessible seating, please follow the online ticket purchase procedure and select the International Symbol of Accessibility button on the ticket purchase page. After completing this online form, a Ticket Services representative from the Cardinals will contact you. We understand the importance of your comfort and convenience and will do our best to accommodate all requests. If you have additional questions, please contact the Cardinals at (314) 345-9500.

Exchanging Tickets

If you need to exchange a ticket for an accessible seating ticket, please call (314) 345-9500 and a Ticket Services Representative will be available to help you. Tickets may also be exchanged prior to a game date or on the day of a game at the Busch Stadium Ticket Windows located on 8th Street near Gate 3.

All ticket exchanges are subject to availability.

Stadium Access

Curb ramps are provided at all corners and crosswalks around the outside perimeter of Busch Stadium. Elevators are available throughout Busch Stadium for your convenience.

Wheelchair access points are provided at all Busch Stadium entrance gates, any Exit/Re-entry gate and the front office lobby located at 420 S 8th Street.

Stadium Drop-Off

Busch Stadium features three accessible drop-off locations:
Southwest corner of the ballpark at Parking Lot A & Poplar (off 8th Street)
Northwest corner of the ballpark at 8th & Clark
East side of the ballpark on Broadway

Parking

Accessible parking is available in the Stadium East & Stadium West parking garages. For additional parking information, please call InterPark at (314) 421-2613 or visit them online at interparkonline.com

Restrooms

All restrooms located at Busch Stadium are accessible. The stadium also features Family Restrooms which are fully accessible and open to any guest who requires assistance.

Family Restrooms are located:
Field Box Level behind the following sections: Section 133, Section 139, Section 154, Section 160, Section 171 and in the Ford Plaza near the US Cellular Family Pavilion
Loge Level behind the following sections: Section 319, Section 369 and in the Redbird Club near Section 249
Terrace Level behind the following sections: Section 337/437, Section 348/448 and Section 358

Additional Services Provided

Assistive Listening Devices for guests may be checked out at Guest Relations on the Field Box level, located behind Section 147
Hearing impaired guests may also use the telecommunication device for the deaf (TDD) by contacting the Guest Relations on the Field Box level behind Section 147
Service animals are welcome in Busch Stadium
Electrical outlets are available at some accessible seating locations
Scoreboards provide close captioning during most PA announcements and videoboard features. Close captioning can also be activated on many of the TV terminals throughout the ballpark

First Aid

First Aid stations are located on the Field Box level behind Section 147 and on the Terrace level behind Section 340. First Aid stations are climate controlled.

Guest Relations

Guest Relations is located on the Field Box level behind Section 147 and is administered by specially trained ushers who can assist with questions, directions, lost children, lost and found items and any other concerns or fan suggestions. During a game, guests may call our Fan Hotline Number - (314) 345-9624 for assistance and our Guest Relations staff will be happy to help. The Fan Hotline Number is also conveniently listed on the back of each Cardinals ticket.
