Kerry Robinson graduated from Hazelwood East High School in 1991, where he records in both baseball and hockey. Robinson later graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in Sport Management. The St. Louis native played professional baseball for 11 years after signing with the Cardinals on June 5th, 1995. However, this was not a family first, as Robinson followed in the footsteps of his father, Rogers, who played for the Cardinals organization in the late 1960s.
