Children, 3 and under, do not need a ticket as long as they sit on your lap.

5. I placed an order for tickets over the Internet but I haven't received a confirmation number. How can I find out if my order went through?

If you have placed an Internet order, you should receive confirmation e-mail within two hours after you place your order. If you do not receive confirmation e-mail, you may call (314) 345-9000 and speak with a ticket representative.

6. I need to change the name of the person who will be picking tickets up at will call.

7. I ordered tickets and selected will call, but would like to have the tickets mailed.

8. I have tickets held at will call, and would like to pick them up before the game date.

Only the person whose name is on the order will be authorized to pick up. A photo ID is required. If you are picking up tickets EARLIER than 2 hours prior to scheduled game time, proceed to the ticket windows located just north of Gate 3, off 8th Street, on the West side of Busch Stadium.

9. I have a complimentary ticket voucher that I would like to redeem. How do I redeem?
