Cardinals Ticketing FAQ's

1. I would like to purchase tickets for an upcoming game. What is the availability?

2. I have an outing planned for 10 people. Does this qualify as a group sale or an individual sale?

Any order of 1-24 tickets is considered an individual sale. Any order of 25 or more is considered a group. Group tickets »

3. I want to order a group sale through the Internet. Is this possible?

4. Do I have to purchase a ticket for an infant?

Children, 3 and under, do not need a ticket as long as they sit on your lap.

5. What is considered a child, and where are they discounted?

Kids pricing is available for children age 15 and under. Kids ticket prices are available in Infield Terrace Reserved, Outfield Terrace Reserved, and Pavilion Reserved seating areas. For a complete ticket pricing list, click here »

6. I placed an order for tickets over the Internet but I haven't received a confirmation number. How can I find out if my order went through?

If you have placed an Internet order, you should receive confirmation e-mail within two hours after you place your order. If you do not receive confirmation e-mail, you may call (314) 345-9000 and speak with a ticket representative.

7. I need to change the name of the person who will be picking tickets up at will call.

8. I ordered tickets and selected will call, but would like to have the tickets mailed.

9. I have tickets held at will call, and would like to pick them up before the game date.

Only the person whose name is on the order will be authorized to pick up. A photo ID is required. If you are picking up tickets EARLIER than 2 hours prior to scheduled game time, proceed to the ticket windows located just north of Gate 3, off 8th Street, on the West side of Busch Stadium.

10. I have a complimentary ticket voucher that I would like to redeem. How do I redeem?

Complimentary ticket vouchers can be redeemed online, or in person at the Busch Stadium ticket windows.
