Unlike other ticket websites, StubHub is not a ticket broker and we don't own the tickets you purchase on our site. We started StubHub to provide an active marketplace where fans can gather to buy and sell tickets.
The price of tickets is determined by individual sellers. We're an open marketplace, which means that anyone can sell tickets at StubHub.
The StubHub marketplace strives to offer a choice of seats and price points at any given event, even those that are "sold out." This gives potential buyers the information to determine fair market value and the flexibility to make their choice.
Buying on StubHub is convenient - the buyer enters their credit card information on the secure StubHub web site. The seller never sees the buyer's confidential financial information. Once the seller has accepted the buyer's order, the buyer receives order confirmation with information regarding how they'll be receiving their tickets. StubHub's toll-free customer service number is open seven days a week to assist buyers and sellers.
All tickets purchased on the StubHub marketplace are covered by the StubHub FanProtectTM Guarantee.
Tickets purchased on StubHub will either be shipped to buyers directly via FedEx (or, occasionally, email), and for some listings, instant eDelivery is available. StubHub actively monitors the progress of the delivery, and makes sure your tickets get to you on time. We are actively working to improve this process with enhanced functionality which includes pre-population, auto confirmation and digital delivery.
Postings with the
