The Guest Experience Team at Rogers Centre is committed to developing programs and initiatives that cater directly to our fans and enhance their time at Blue Jays games and other events here at the facility. Each season, we look for new ways to interact with and excite our guests about the game and atmosphere that comes with it.

Each one of our Values is vital to the success of any event held at Rogers Centre. As we STEER our venue and Staff towards fulfilling our purpose, the Guest Experience Team works with all departments, partners and vendors to deliver a consistent service philosophy. We provide our Staff with the necessary training and knowledge to ensure that they are capable of creating WOW moments for our guests during each event.
It starts with a greeting! From the moment the Guest Experience begins at Rogers Centre, it is our goal to proactively reach out to all our guests in an effort to establish a personal connection with them and get ahead of any issues they may encounter. How's It Goin'? is something Torontonians and Canadians say all the time, so it is an easy question to ask our guests. However, How's It Goin'? is not just a greeting – it is our Guest Experience philosophy and brand. It is our culture at Rogers Centre to make every guest, co-worker – or "teammate" – vendor and corporate partner feel respected and appreciated. We want our customers to feel welcome and recognize how much we value them every time they enter Rogers Centre to attend Toronto Blue Jays games and other events. By asking the question, we can be proactive ultimately, we want every guest to have an exceptional experience each and every time they visit our venue. We also want to use How's It Goin'? to foster a positive work environment and communicate that as teammates, we are all each other's customers. It all starts with How's It Goin'?
Being a Guest Experience Ambassador for the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club is about keeping our fans happy – whether it is through assistance, entertainment or interaction, our dynamic and passionate leaders help us in creating exceptional experiences for our guests that leave them smiling and anxious to return. From welcoming our fans at the gates, delivering a special in-seat greeting to an out-of-town visitor or solving a difficult guest concern, high levels of enthusiasm and positive energy help our Ambassadors create WOW moments for visitors to Rogers Centre.

The Toronto Blue Jays welcome the ideas, comments and suggestions of our fans. It helps us improve the service we provide our guests. Guests are also encouraged to participate in the Stadium Star Reward & Recognition Program by nominating an employee who exemplifies our customer service philosophy. Guests can fill out a Stadium Star Nomination Form at any one of our Guest Services locations at Rogers Centre.
Guest Services booths are located on the 100-Level near Sections 120 and 135, on the 200-Level near Sections 212 and 236 and on the 500-Level near Section 532. Guests can check strollers, or larger items at these locations, obtain Misplaced ACE Wristbands for their children and receive assistance related to lost persons or items, pass along feedback and make other general inquiries.
